Years went by. Being in a small cell for a long time was about to end today. He will be living in his mansion again. Just a wait for few minutes and he will be free.
In all those years his life did not change that much. Jungkook never talked to his inmates if it was not so necessary to talk. Even his inmates would avoid him. He was JK and who would love to be cocky in front of him, nobody.
For the first time Jungkook felt happy knowing people would be avoiding him in the huge prison. He would go out when the guards would allow them to, that too only to work and again come inside the little hole.
His life was going pretty simple and silent there. Not sharing anything about his life, no unwanted interaction. Simple bland foods would be present in his plate every night and morning.
But he talked, not like he did not talk to anyone completely. He would talk to his hyungs, noona whenever they would come to talk to him in the limited time. The only time Jungkook felt happy.
A smile would automatically come to his lips whenever a guard and a cop would come to escort him to the room and there he would see any of his hyung or his noona would be sitting on the chair which was placed opposite of his own chair, dividing them with a thick glass wall.
But, maybe he had a hope that Taehyung would come to him for once, just one time but he never expressed this, nor Taehyung came there but he would just smile thinking about the man.
His hope died down with the time. He knew how badly he messed everything up still his heart was stubborn to make him hope for something which was the least expected thing for him at that time. He never asked his hyungs about Taehyung as well. Once he thought to ask Namjoon about him but decided not to.
He knew he was not deserving enough to even know about the person's life whom he hurt so badly years ago.
It would be a complete lie if he says he never shed tears thinking about the brunette but he was not allowed to love Taehyung anymore. That's what he thought. He was not allowed to feel anything for the elder anymore. But his tears never stopped no matter how much he tried to not let them fall from his eyes, they eventually came out in the lonely nights.
Jungkook's heart pained too much. He did not know how to say how much he misses Taehyung, how he wanted to see him all the time, how he wanted to ask his family about Taehyung but he never did that. He was not allowed to.
Who knows maybe Taehyung already found someone for himself, who would wait for a betrayer like him and why would Taehyung even wait, Jungkook never did anything good for him other than hurting him brutally.
If Taehyung found someone for him, he wished the person loved him with all his heart, not like him who betrayed Taehyung in the worst way. He hoped the person was not playing with Taehyung's emotions, that the person would take care of the elder like a precious gem he is, the rare rose he is.
He wanted Taehyung to be happy. Jungkook already knew he lost Taehyung the day Taehyung saw him with the gun but his thoughts and heart were being a villain to him. Jungkook was not sure if they were actually being a villain. Why? Because he was glad that Taehyung was still in him, completely fogging his brain with his presence.
Maybe Taehyung was physically not present with him but the man was all over Jungkook's mind. Jungkook was ready to live with the memories, with the image of Taehyung smiling at him, giggling whenever Jungkook would do something silly or maybe the annoyed face of the male.
But guess when he said Jeon Jungkook will always belong to Kim Taehyung, he meant it. Till now he knew his heart which he surrendered on the brunette's feet, remained there without moving an inch.
