My phone started ringing waking Robin and I, I grabbed it and quickly answered it, the babies had been sleeping and I didn't want to wake them. "Hello?" I said groggily, Robin rubbed his eyes and placed a hand on my back. "Regina! I think it's time! Hook can't drive and I need help! Please get over here soon!" Emma cried from the other line, "of course, just calm down and take a deep breath Emma, I will be right there." I hung up and jumped out of bed, pulling on jeans and my yellow sweater, then putting on my black leather jacket. "Is it Emma?" Robin asked getting out of bed and helping me strap my black boots on. "Yes, honey I can do that, for once I'm not pregnant." I giggled, bending over with ease, zipping up the boot. "I have to go and deliver a baby." I said kissing his lips, reluctantly pulling away from him, "go back to sleep."

"Emma! It's okay I'm here!" I said bursting through her entry way, she was on the couch with her eyes shut, both of her hands grasping her stomach, Killian rubbing the side of her head, brushing his nose up against her face. They both looked relieved when I entered into the living room, Hook looked like he was about to faint, but he kept a strong face for his wife. "Regina! Mhmm, you're here!" She exclaimed, reaching out for my hand, I sat down next to her and held her hand while she endured her contraction, when it ended she opened her eyes and laid back on the couch. "Now we should get going before your water breaks, once that happens you're in full on-" A gush of water leaked onto the couch and dampened the side of my pants. Emma's eyes widened and she shrieked, her breath intensifying, obviously terrified. Hook and I both looked up worried, I knew that going to the hospital was now out of the question, she was having her baby here.

"Regina! Something is going to happen I can't have my baby here what if she gets hurt or-!" I grabbed both of her hands and moved so I was in front of her, I bent over so I was eye-level with her and smiled. "Emma. Calm down, you and your baby are going to be perfectly fine, I am going to take care of you, Killian is going to be here the whole time, I'm just going to need you to take deep breaths." I instructed, using my magic to lift her to the sectional part of their sofa. I quickly tried to remember what Snow had brought when she delivered my babies, towels, scissors, and sheets. I sat in front of Emma, who was curled up on top of Hook, who was holding her with his legs by her hips. I procured the items with my magic and set them down by her feet. "Regina this one hurts a lot!!" She screamed, arching her back, grabbing onto Killian's hand and hook. "You're doing marvelous love." He said gently, the fear and concern oozing from his expression. "I know, believe me, just breathe, I'm just going to look and see how far you are." I gently spread her knees and examined her, placing a hand on her stomach, it was tense, the muscles contracting under my hand. "You're about nine centimeters dilated. How long have you been in labor Emma?" I asked, astonished at her progress. "All night." She was able to make out between breaths. "So you decided to call right before you give birth?" I said slightly annoyed. Suddenly her face contorted, her hands flying to her stomach. "Ahhhhhh! Regina! I have to push!"

"Emma! Look at me! No! Not right now! It is not time yet, breathe!" I instructed, grabbing both of her hands, pulling them away from her middle. "In and out Swan, just like that. Perfect." I saw as she finally dilated one more centimeter, her grip on me tightening. "REGINA I HAVE TO PUSH! THIS IS UNBEARABLE!" She screamed, I nodded and moved her legs over with my elbow, not releasing my grip on her. "GAHHH!! He he he!!" She yelled, the head emerging. "Good Swan! I can see the top of your baby's head!" I said rubbing her knee. "Mhmmm!! Just pull it out!" She yelled, draining the blood from my hands, I moved the towel over to avoid getting her new sofa and my pants dirty. "Go again Emma!" I encouraged, she pushed again, Hook helping her up, brushing the side of her face with his hand. Suddenly I saw a rope-like object looped around the baby, turning the face blue. "Emma stop pushing right now." She shrieked and clenched my hand, I moved her hand into Killian's and quickly started working, untangling the cord. "What's wrong!" She gasped, shaking. "Everything is fine, we just have a cord wrapped around your baby's neck, now whatever you do DON'T PUSH! I need you to take deep breaths so your baby can get some more air, okay?" I yanked on the cord and it started to loosen, I finally got it and slipped the head out from the center of the knot. "Okay go ahead!" I said, thawing with relief, Emma continued pushing and reached down for my hands, I grabbed her hand and allowed her to squeeze it hard, noticing she was trying to get the shoulders out. "Good, you got the shoulders out. You're doing fine." I said, pressing my hand on her stomach, she winced then dug her toes against my knees, which straddled the sofa as I prepared to grab the baby. "One more Emma!" I exclaimed releasing her hand and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around it's fragile shoulders. She grunted and pushed, the baby sliding out with ease. "You did it!" I cried, quickly lifting the squirming infant onto Emma's stomach. "She's here." Emma said to Hook, tears streaming down their faces, I gently started to wipe her off, placing the towel on top of her.
