Touches or Stares (Bada Lee AU)

Chapter 28

Maddy's POV

I opened my eyes and my whole brain was ringing, I looked around to see I'm inside Bada's room already and wearing her shirt, I knew it right away since I can smell her scent on it

I groaned and sat up, Bada jogged up to me with the widest smile

Why does this feel deja vu?

"Good morning, I made breakfast for us" She said in a chirpy voice

"You look happy" I said as I massaged my temples

"Minah is at my Dad's place she said she wanted to spend some time with her Mom" She said smiling still

"I made some waffles, freshly brewed coffee, and some bacon" She added cheerily

What's up with her why is she so hyper?

I stood up and she jogged out and pulled a chair for me to sit

I sat down and grabbed the glass of water in front of me

She didn't sit down instead she placed waffles on my plate, poured some syrup on it and some whipping cream, then added some strawberries and blueberries to it 

She pulled the saucer close to me and placed the bacon there, she still remembered that I hate when sweets get mixed with savory food. 

She poured some coffee into my mug and rushed to the cupboard to look for syrup and grab a milk from the fridge

"Bada, I can do that I have hung over, I'm not disabled" I said closing my eyes to breathe for a moment because of my head throbbing 

"I know you can do it, I wanna do it" She said smiling at me, and kept on doing what she was doing, she grabbed a teaspoon and taste the coffee in my mug

"It taste good, you should try it" She smiled widely 

God that smile, it warms my heart so much to see her smile like that 

"Where's my phone?" I asked her and she grabbed it right away from the center table and handed it to me

I checked it and Aiki thanked me from yesterday and I involuntarily smiled and replying to her

"Who's that?" She asked as she sat down in front of me

"Oh... It's Aiki, she was thanking me yesterday and asking me if I wanted her to drive me around Seoul" I said still thinking of a response for Aiki

"I'll drive you around" She said in a stern voice as the smile wiped away from her face

"Why so bossy?" I asked her scrunching my eyebrows

"I'm not bossy" She pouted and I chuckled as I looked at her, her smile was back now

"I wanna show you around Seoul and it's better if you come with me so Minah wouldn't worry about you" She added 

We just kept eating and I watched some videos on my phone

I can't help but feel Bada stare at me 

"Stop staring at me" I spat at her glaring at her viciously

Stop staring at me because I couldn't explain the feeling I'm having when you stare at me with those eyes and that smile

"Stop being beautiful then I'll stop staring... nah even if you're not this beautiful if it's still you I'd still stare" She said still smiling and I rolled my eyes at her

"Get ready after you eat, we have a place to go to" She smiled got up to place her dishes on the sink and patted me on the head 

I can feel the butterflies in my stomach again, that feeling I felt when we were always together as if we've been together for so long as if everything was just right and nothing went wrong...
