" We found more rebel spies from Terrasen Your Majesty" Noah stated, "Bring them in," Rylan said, and then Noah looked back and signaled with his hand toward him, and the doors were opened to reveal guards struggling to bring a hooded man forward who seemed to be taller and by the looks of it, stronger than them, but eventually they got him on his knees towards the king "Reveal him" Rylan commanded and Noah in response yanked the hoodie off his head revealing his face. "Hmm, how do you know he is a spy for Terrasson-" "I'M NOT!" The dark-haired person claims, surprising a lot of the court with his loud voice that projected through the room "Silence! You'll not speak unless you are spoken to you-" The knight who was glaring intensely at the disrespect towards the king stopped when Noah put his hand up to be quiet as Rylan just looked bored "Continue'' Rylan directed to Noah, who pulled out a scroll from who knows where and read the following " Caught sneaking around town, trying to steal or smuggle something but unknown what it was, maybe jewelry. "Age: 18, body count: unknown, records: unknown, name u-" Just then the doors slam open by... Princess Julianne? "Er... Sorry am I interrupting your Majesty?" she bowed " *Sigh* no it's quite alright, did you need something?" Rylan asked "Oh, um. I just-" her eyes widened and her jaw stayed open "I- IZUMI?!" she yelled abruptly, while Izumi just stared blankly back at her, seeming calmer than earlier "Hey princess," he says flatly which embarrassed her making her flush pink by the inappropriate response "Do you know this man?" Roland points out "I uh- he's my personal bodyguard... She says shyly "Your what?" Rylan replies louder "HE'S MY PERSONAL GUARD!" she says abruptly and fills the whole room with silence and a bit of confusion "...he must have come here looking for me once Sofia sent the letter to my kingdom" "How impulsive... If he were your guard then he should've thought better and came in professionally and announced himself instead of holding this hagrid appearance." the rude knight from earlier pointed out, "What'd you want me to do? Roll the red carpet and pull out the trumpets on my own theme song??" Izumi said in sarcasm (or mockery, the knight couldn't tell but he knew it wasn't in any good way) "Also where was the so-called 'personal guard' when you were being kidnapped" asked Rylan "It's a garden, you pluck flowers and roam around and beside her father kept me awhile as he stitched my wound from protecting her earlier" Izumi replied, " Why was the king stitching you up when the nurses or maids could have?" " King Caballero has experience in the field, he learned to heal in battle when he went to war with our foes, he did it himself because he didn't trust any of the nurses healing me as you assumed would have been spies planning to kill me and take advantage of Princess Caballero" Izumi spat back coldly "For a knight, you've got awfully bad manners," Noah said annoyed "And the guy is right, you should've announced yourself" "I tried to but these idiots just hassled me and muzzled me into question, so YEAH, sorry if I'm not so gentle," he said blankly "Darren!" Julianne spoke, which brought him to attention, and sighed. Very deeply. "I'm... Sorry, for my recent behavior" Izumi hailed towards Rylan and he actually let it slide "It's... fine after all we misunderstood and apologized for the inconvenience..?" Rylan questioned at the end as to who is now known as Izumi, who pulled himself up and dusted himself off, and the knights who escorted him behind dismissed "Izumi. Darren Izumi" He replied waiting then asked "May I stay here accompanied by my lady? And keep my armored weapons, your majesty?" "Yes, you may, you'll stay in the headquarters for the other knights, Noah can show you there later" "And if you have any questions feel free to ask me, Victoria, or Lang." Noah stoically replied. Izumi raised his eyebrow at him seeming to have an irritated but bored face "Am I supposed to know who those other two are???" Izumi questioned which irritated Noah by his reaction "nevermind" He said and Izumi walked towards Princess Julianne who began to leave the scene and when they've both left the doors shut behind them making Julianne and Izumi walk silently for at least a quarter for a mile until one breaks the silence "What are you doing here? You're not supposed to be here, you had direct orders to stay at the castle" she says quite annoyed which quite frankly. She is. Because of Izumi's performance towards everyone earlier "Don't worry your pretty little head about it" he said still facing forward which made him unable to see the small blush that crept onto Julianne's face, as she tried to keep her bearings and tried to calm down for the small wording" And besides I got direct orders from someone even bigger than you, the Queen.." He said seriously, still facing forward "My mother? But why would-" "Not that queen, The Queen '' (oh. Oh) she thought "But what could she want now?" she asked "Passing along information, you haven't been sending your reports, that's what I was smuggling," he says walking as he pulls a scroll out from under his cloak. "Still you could have written to me to tell me you were safe Julie, I really was worried," he said as the blush came up again and this time she tried hiding it with her fan and looked slightly away from him "Give me a break, I just got here.." and he chuckled at that "Then try telling the queen that" and the conversation ended leaving Julianne to travel and tour as much as she knew, slight jokes were made on the way but everything else was eventless, well in Izumi's mind anyway (Dang it, out of all men why did she have to send him.. The one guy I like. This is gonna be a looong journey..) she thought and mentally cursed it. (Where is Sofia when I need her.) "Where is Sofia?" asked Izumi (Whoa did he read my mind?) thought Princess Julianne. "We need to consult about your safety" Which was code for We need to consult about the mission our queen gave us. Julie led Izumi to her chambers and called for Sofia who was busy screaming at Noah about who knows what. As soon as Sofia arrives she starts ranting about Noah and how he's a jerk. " How could he do that?! I mean I was soo kind to him and he barges into the room hitting me square in the face and doesn't even apologize!!! Oh hi, Izumi." He just walks right past... "Izumi why are you here, when did you get here, why didn't anyone tell me!!" "Izumi out, move your butt out of the room, go! Julianne, go take a bath and change into your fanciest dress, it's Izumi mind you. You must look your best, though if he does love you he should love you for you." Screamed Sofia. Julianne scream-whispers "Sofia be quiet he could hear you he's just outside the door and you're screaming at the top of your lungs'' Izumi stood outside hearing muffled screaming and was deeply confused. Once Princess Julianne finished her bath and was dressed in her finest dress and jewelry, Sofia opened the door and screamed for Izumi "Izumi get your butt in here." Izumi who stood in the doorway out of breath from running, stared awestruck at the Princess. "Princess, you look breathtaking." whispered Izumi. Julianne blushed deeply and looked away. "Now enough of that, Izumi come inside and close the door, we have much to discuss," said Sofia. "Her Esteemed Majesty commanded me to come and oversee your mission and to get you out if things get too risky. Sooo, what do we do now since both of you are clearly safe right now" Izumi said "First of all, we could give you lessons to fix that horrid attitude! 2nd-''''Alright does anybody have a better idea to do in the meantime??" Izumi quickly changed the subject "Just have fun with this, we're guests after all, and I need to get more information, probably Odom." Julianne said "You sure? I don't think Odom is competent enough to help us" Sofia said "Yes, well he is the reason we get to stay here, so I'd think I should give a visit to thank him" she reasoned "Roland might have more information, but might suspect us faster." Sofia responded "Let's try playing both, I'll try getting to Noah or something" Izumi added "Princess Meadow has a personal guard, she seems smart" Sofia suggested "Or- Hey! Where are you going?" Izumi questioned "Anywhere BUT here," Julianne said starting to walk "But we need to plan this-" "You know, life isn't really perfect and life doesn't really go as planned," she said "This doesn't seem smart" Sofia considered "Probably not, but I'm bored and I do my best work improvising (sorta)" she said and walked out "And where do you think you're going?" Sofia said to Izumi who started following Julianne "Well I am her royal guard" Izumi replied and closed the door behind him.
