The Lore Chapter 10

The doors open slowly and multiple ominous footsteps come forth. There are the faint sounds of boots coming in and once the two men see Queen Lucky, they both kneel before her. "Your majesty" a guard puts their swords toward them ready for battle which sets the others off and now the whole room has the two men's head on anticipation. "At ease, these are friends' ' which puts the first guard at confusion for they are criminals, but reside to her command anyway. "You're all dismissed and the guards leave with no hesitation except the first one, they are the last one to leave and the last one to hesitantly have eye contact with the queen and leave which makes Lucky linger at the door after it was fully closed then back at the men ''You may rise" she says making her hand elevate to represent the command, in which they do "So? I'm waiting" and both look at each other, then Randig takes the league "Our apologies your majesty, the plan has gone into motion and.." he stops which cues Luna, Randigs cohort "our spies are set, we've also found out from Warren's scrolls that he's sent two of his men into this kingdom" "And why is that?" "The scrolls were sealed with the king's crest and written in Rylan's handwriting." Luna explained further which earns a giggle from Lucky confusing Luna and Randig, making them a bit worried "You misunderstand me.. Why. would he send. His men. Into THIS kingdom?" she says with a straight face "W-well maybe because you used to rule Terrasen and they'd think you would stay in touch"

"I'm delighted to see you two again, though I came here to hear the truth"

Both men turn around to see another woman coming in dressed elegantly. "Ah, hello Visual" Randig greets. She comes closer to both and the top of her face is covered by the hat of her veil, while Luna is left on confusion who this is "Good morrow Randig" she curtsies a bit to which he bows his head a little in response, her smile is evident and faces Luna "Is this your new partner? He's a bit different than what imagined from your letters" she said, Luna was about to rant but stopped on Randig's account. She then went between the two men and stood near Lucky's side. "That is visual, she watches over us, she is fancy with the queen and an enchantress so its best to be courteous with her" Randig whispers to Luna "Her name is visual?" he questions "Nobody actually knows her true name, except the queen" he responds. "Well? The truth?" which made Randig sigh "We think someone caught us coming into your kingdom and leaving. There were notes about us on Warren's desk while we searched" She lightened "Not so hard to tell the truth was it? Who are the spies" "We aren't sure but we're working on it-" he paused because Lucky motioned for him to stop "I'll handle it, I don't need you two revealing any more information because of some slip-up, just distract them and try convincing the head of Asheatha otherwise. You're dismissed" and they head for the door.

When they opened the door about two steps out Randig bumped into a knight which caught Lucky's attention, they said their condolences and headed separate ways, or from what she saw before the doors closed.

"They seemed to brighten up the room didn't they?" "eventful for the least" Lucky responded then her serious act faltered and looked towards her friend with devious excitement "Sooo did Julie get my present?" the person, known as 'visual' removes her hat and throws it into the air which poofs then a white glow secretes and the orb slowly falls into her hands, it shows a vision of Princess Julianne pressing an ice pack to Izumi's face as she relentlessly apologies "That would be a yes" she says "Awww! Look how cute they are together! What happened to Izumi's face? You know what I don't wanna know" she gets up from her throne and walks around "Do you want me to seek out the spies?" "No need Vivianna, I think I have an idea of who it is.." Lakshmi says.
