sitting in the airplane the male was still kind of suprised and confused about what happened but he felt stronger now and his bloodlust was slightly better.
he looks around for a bit before back to the floor before flinching a bit when he sees the grey haired female on her knees before him, staring at him.
„hayano.." he mumbles with wide eyes, „what are you doing here?"
„silly little boy, i'm here to accompany you of course. you'll need your new sword do you not?" she says with a bright smile.
since she became his sort of demon she was feeling better, she didnt think anyone noticed but the last few years were hard for her. she always felt tired and didnt have the urge to drink blood, just enough to survive.
„huh..?" he lets out, still not on the same page as her.
„do you have a bean brain or are you just acting like that, because i remember a smart boy that fights everyday."
„hey!" he lets out, a little louder than usual. it caused several vampires to look at him.
„is he talking to himself..?" a vampire asks another quietly.
many more murmurs went on as mika looks toward hayano with wide eyes, „dont they see you?!"
her bright smile dimmed and a sad one took over, „i'm sorry.."
with that she disappears again and leaves back into the sword that she made him take.
lacus laughs out loud, pointing his finger at mika, „mika-kun are you talking to yourself now?"
the blonde male curses in his head before shaking his head, „its hayano.."
with those two words lacus stops laughing, „what did you say?"
„it doesent matter"
right, the question that lacus asked himself till now was indeed where she was, she would usually follow them just to watch the missions but now she wasnt there. it was strange for him, strange that she wasnt by his side.

hayano was walking next to mika as the two near a horseman, looking towards him she giggles and holds her hand over her mouth.
„so you're telling me that yuu, your family, is with the humans..?" she asks, acting oblivious towards the fact that she gave him to the humans.
mika nods before shedding his sword, hayano sighs as her smile leaves her lips before manifesting into it.
as mika walks past a younger girl with brown hair, he grabs the sword tighter into his fist.
