For a week, they stayed together- feverishly holding one another and never letting up. Neteyam thought he would die from exhaustion, but he loved it so much. For everyday he would be together with Aonung he felt blessed. They lay in each other's arms on the pod floor, Aonung resting on his chest. Neteyam put a hand to his head and played with his hair, now down and in messy pigtails, distracting himself from the pain in his stomach. As he stayed with Aonung he would feel pain on and off, but this was what he expected- even if he was gentle they were both guys. He gently woke shortly after Neteyam. It was a new day, Aonung slowly lifted himself off the boy to look him in the eye, legs and tails entangled. He brushed his hair back, going to kiss him. "Aonung, we can't hide in here forever, we have responsibilities" He groaned and kissed him anyway, Neteyam laughed under him and put his arms around his neck "I mean it you big baby" He looked at him, knowing it was time to face everyone properly. Aonung didn't want anyone to get in the way of what they had, but he knew it had been the maximum honeymoon period they could possibly take. "You're right my love, it seems our moon cycle is up and we have to return" rolling his eyes.

Neteyam wiggled from under him, escaping to get dressed. He wore his straight black hair down, feathers braided in gently. He put on his jewellery, right beside Aonung's. He picked up the necklace he had worn everyday since they first met. Rubbing a finger over it and smiling, Aonung came up behind him and took it from his hands. He lay a kiss on his nape, and tied it onto him. Neteyam turned around to face him, clad in his new tattoos. He couldn't deny, they made him look so handsome. "But this is yours?" he looked into Neteyam's yellow eyes "I want people to know your mine" causing Neteyam to blush and chuckle, "Aonung, you have already left too much of your mark" he said touching the hickeys all over his neck and collar, Aonung looking down proud. "That's right-" he said as if the thought had only come over him then "you're never escaping me" and he relished in the presence of his boy, hand sliding to his hips and pulling him in. He pulled on his tail, and he yelped.

Neteyam blushed as if it were the first time, his body reacting like it was new every time his mate would touch his skin. Suddenly he felt a stabbing pain in his gut, and he groaned holding himself slightly. "What's wrong? Did I push you too much?" voice filled with worry. "I- It's nothing" and then it went away- like always. He stood up and shrugged it off, Aonung still holding him, the first time witnessing this. Usually it happened at night, and he would sleep holding his stomach as Aonung slept. He acted like it wasn't a big deal, just some pain- but as the days went on, during that week he would feel it. It felt like something was working inside him. Neteyam would be lying if he said it wasn't a concern for him, the pain was gradually getting worse but he didn't want to cause a fuss- when it was probably nothing. He didn't want to worry everyone, or even worse get himself embarrassed. His mind went to the worst possible thought 'you're having so much sex your feeling aches and pains' He couldn't face the tsahik, Aonung's mother and hear her say that, if that was the case.

They walked out to the front of the marui pod and felt the sun, Neteyam stretching his back with a sigh. It didn't take long for them to get back into the groove of things. The first thing Aonung did was go diving, while Neteyam went and visited his parents. Loak and Tsireya sat in the common area, as Neteyam walked through to visit his parents- all eyes were on him. He felt the stares, but they weren't important when he spotted the two. "Brother, Tsireya!" Tsireya rushed over and gave him a tight hug "We missed you Neteyam" Loak behind her grabbing his shoulder encouragingly.

"So, it was so good that you spent a week cycle together?" Neteyam slapped his hand away and Tsireya blushed slightly, hiding a smile. "Shut up little brother, you skxawng." He changed the topic and pretended as if they weren't looking at his love bite covered body and giggling. "I want to see mum and dad, and Kiri and Tuk" Rubbing his neck. He hadn't had much of a chance to see them before he moved out, so he packed his things and went feeling antsy. Knowing that he knew he had eternity, he would like to visit them and talk. Loak and Tsireya walked back to their spot and sat "they're home except dad, go see them they've been missing you"
