Oya stood in the rain bewildered and tired, she took a few steps until she reached her door steps but she wouldn't dare look back. Please be gone, please~
She looked back to see him watching her from the rolled down wet stain car window. He waved and she gave a shy wave back before turning quick and entered her abode. She takes her shoes off the walks through the familiar halls before getting to the the stair steps and till her Mom stopped her in her tracks.
"Oya I'm calling you.""Yes Mama- " She groans slowly and rubbed her face before walking towards her mother.
"What is it." She said holding her bag and kissing her cheek.
"Who's the Boy who drove you here."She says looking out."He's got a nice car."
He ran to the window beside her.
He's still here?
Her mother giggles. "Well who is it" She asked again.
"A friend." She let go of the window curtain she was holding to see on her tip toes.
"A friends huh?" She teased her a bit, the old mom way.
"Yes Mom I don't have time for a boyfriend." Emphasis on d.
Her mother laughed it off and and watched her daughter grab her back and making her way upstairs.
"Dinner's on the stove!"
Yes Dina

"Heyyy""Heyy how was the detention"
She thought first should she tell her about her little friend that she made in the afternoon. She stayed unsure but spoke anyway.
"Well the detention passed but the ride back home was...weird."
"Ride? What happened in the bus." She watched as her friend studied.
"Um well, Jayke gave me a ride home."
"Jayke like Jayke Wan rich boy, cultured boy under pressure athlete rich boy-"
"Uhhh." she started laughing. "Yup that's the one."
Her friend looked at her with an open mouth."Since when did y'all talk."
"You know I've been asking myself the same thing but he said her felt bad her put me in detention so I guess that's just it no more conversations anymore just like it used to be." She started changing her clothing after throwing her phone onto her bed.
"But still he went the extra mile. Who knows what that means you know?"
She threw the clothes in the bin.
"Well I don't think it's that serious. What we have or had-" She sighed as those words echoed in her head, she thought she sounded ridiculous. "No reason to be anything, nothing to progress on." She put on her sweatpants and baggy grey shirt to match."
She connected her music from her iMac and went to the washroom to do her home routine. She grabbed and placed it before the sink where the bedroom connected to her Mothers room. She looked at her friend spinning on her chair before she asked.
"Well maybe now y'all do have a reason."
Her dancehall music synced with her reaction as she started dancing. she placed an towel around her hair to pull it back and started her routine of washing her hands under her nails hair and applying her beauty care.
Looking down there were the three well placed slipped and picked her plucky ones to put in after applying her layer of cream to herself.
Her friend laughed watching her dance."Didn't I tell you I saw him at the Asian restoration party this year with his parents I can give you the deets on your crush again since you love the story so much."
She sighed looking at her like a mother with her hands on her hips and kissed her teeth."Girl you already know what it is" She picked up her phone and went back to her multicolored miss mismatched colored room.
Bohemian hippie throw up the two would call it. All bright colors every when planted of course.
The floors were covered with rugged she got over time from travelling with her Mothers, the wall a dark green with pictures and mirrors surrounding it and pictures of her endeavors. Her plants stood and different shaped and heightened plant holder from the ceiling to a stool everything counted to her. The wall was draped with crystal tinsel that reached the floor with different colors which when the sun reflected through her room in illuminated it beautifully.
Her desk she placed in her wardrobe for better dimensioning. Her desk styles after 2000s pink flow and hot pink items, gel pens, stickers, incense jewelry holders and behind her a wardrobe.
"Okay so it went like this." She lit an incense and grabbed herself a joint to smoke at the same time.
"I went with my parents right first time being invited so it was a big deal for us, it was so well lit with cream fairy lights and crème roses everywhere."
She recalled the centre with pillars glass doors with squared creme metal on them to match the aesthetic. Light in every place possible the plants caressed the floor from entrance to hall to room. She was amazed that day by the ability of interior decorations. She looked above and turned as she lost trail of her parents. The went to sign them in and they called her in. She went to enter the bigger main room accorded by smaller rooms. Tables filled with food fountains of juice. Chocolat white and pure dark freshly made chocolat. She recognized the player standing in the corner of the room close to the stage. He leaned against a piller watching his parents talk to all the other members of the club. She walked towards him to see if it really was him and the player shined under the lights from above his head. Big 6,4 boy with a slutty waist type body his hair slicked all the way back and an all black suit with the first buttons undone. He stood around other boys which she assumed were his brothers. His Mother grabbed her son to show him off to the group and idolizing him which it seemed the other brother were used to this treatment and just lazed around they all had turns went Mother showed them off to the same person or someone new. At that point Anne didn't know that their parents were the founders and owners of the centre itself. Her parents humbled themselves and passes their sweaty hands on their clothes before grabbing their daughters to go introduce themselves. She got there and the Mother looked at the daughter first. "Beautiful dress." She had a United Kingdom accent."
"Tank you, this old thing?" Anne said making her laugh instantly which was when Jayke slowly recognized her. He made eyes contact with her. He squinted his eyes before getting a closer look.
"Hello Jayke."
"Anne you got to this level of community huh?"
His annoying huh like he couldn't imagine her being there.
"Oh you know my son?"
She nodded politely "We go to the same school.
"Well glad you made it anyway, we need more Asians or so Mom always says." Him Mom slaps his arm and he fakes an ouch.
Well that was nice or not she didn't really know him to judge that way.
Jayke placed his hand towards her. "Welcome."
She shook it happily before the event took place."And that was how Jayke introduced me to the club and higher ups that loved me instantly for just by knowing him." She smiled at her friend lost in thought imagining this happening.
Her thought mostly focused on him solely for the moment.
"Woah I really should have came you always describe this place as this amazing almost castle like place."
"I'm telling you, no lies."
