Another restless night for Harry later and they were all somehow now in a taxi to the airport.
Harry had changed into his own jeans, giving Draco back his black joggers when they were packing.
Draco had apparated the pan, butter and other stuff back to his house as well as most of Pansy's clothes so they could fit everything into one suitcase and carry less luggage.
Harry kept his arms hidden as well as his hands as much as he could but of course Draco and Pansy noticed and only Pansy commented on it because of the pigeons.
Harry wouldn't admit it but he had drawn the pigeons on his hands to hold on to the memory of Draco being allergic to them for a bit longer.
The same thing went for the cats but he didn't dare show them the magic swirls on his arms because he was a tad bit embarrassed about it for some reason.
Draco had also given Harry the draught of peace potion that he didn't drink before and advised him to take it before he boarded his flight because he knows Harry doesn't like it when the plane takes off.
Harry, at first, thought it wasn't necessary but the more he thought about it the more he thought of how considerate Draco was and how that was another way he showed he cared without saying it.
That's only going to make Harry miss Draco even more and the fact Draco denies it everytime Harry points it out makes him want to prove him wrong even more.
Draco had also put glamours on both of them after Harry asked about them and asked him if he could use them on him so his friends wouldn't see his abused neck.
The moment the taxi stopped in front of the airport, Harry felt like shit.
He wasn't ready to let go yet and both slytherins could tell.
Although Harry gave back Draco's joggers he still held on to the hoodie but none of them said anything about it.
Draco didn't want to take it back, even though it was one of his favorites, because- it was rather childish actually- it would most likely give them a reason to see each other again.
Harry, of course, didn't mind one bit and was planning to give it back never if he could somehow take it back home to San Francisco with him.
Draco didn't know this so that's why he didn't take it but he may or may not regret it later.
He could always buy another one, multiple if he really wanted to, but this one would be special because Harry wanted it.
They got through airport security rather quickly and this was the part where they had to go to their separate gates.
"Bye Harry," Pansy said, going in for a hug that Harry willingly returned, "You better not tell anyone but I'll admit, I am gonna miss you." she whispered to him before releasing him.
"I'll miss you too Pansy." he said with a small smile while looking into her eyes. Harry didn't exactly know why but it felt odd to have such a small person in his grasp.
Pansy backed up next to Draco who had a blank expression and was looking around the airport.
She looked up at him waiting for him to say bye to Harry but he just stood there looking around.
She elbowed his side with furrowed brows and that made him look down at her finally.
She nodded her head towards Harry and he looked up at him. It shouldn't hurt this bad to say goodbye to someone you've only spent a good month actually getting to know them but it did anyway.
