Harry checked the time and it was barely 6:40. Astria agreed that he could come over at nine so he had two hours to himself.

Yay..

The first thing that came to Harry's mind was Draco.

And then sleep so he decided he would try to sleep more.

He walked over to his room and opened the door, calling Charles over so he wouldn't be alone and closed the door behind him.

He sat down on his bed, looking around his dark room and he sighed.

It wasn't the same..

Harry got an idea and went to his closet, grabbing Draco's cologne with a small mischievous smile and he sprayed his pillow with it, setting it along with his glasses down on his desk before laying down.

He buried his face in his pillow and sort of hugged it, closing his eyes and imagining it was Draco.

Although his small, floppy, pillow couldn't compare to his big strong boyfriend, it was a good enough substitute for now.

Harry shifted on his bed to try to get comfortable, spending the next ten minutes trying to do that and Charles had already fallen asleep on the floor.

He groaned in annoyance, almost forgetting how hard it was to actually sleep normally.

He turned on his back, covering his face with his pillow and trying helplessly to drift off.

His mind couldn't shut up about how empty his bed felt and the only thing his brain can think to ease that emptiness is Draco.

After 20 minutes of failing to go to sleep Harry sat up and acciod his glasses to him, pulling out his phone and deciding to scroll through it instead since he just couldn't fall asleep.

It's not like he wasn't tired, that wasn't the problem.

He didn't understand why but having someone with him when he slept was like some sort of security.

Draco made him feel protected when he slept as if he was guarding all the bad things away from his brain to give him nightmares.

Maybe the fact he knew Draco wasn't was the reason he couldn't sleep and he wants to be with him so he's protected.

Harry yawned, rubbing his eyes and he got up, leaving his room and turning the lights on from his kitchen since it was still dark.

He knew he didn't have any coffee but he looked in his fridge and cabinets for some anyway, shutting the fridge door when he didn't find any.

Desperate to keep his mind off Draco and sleep, Harry grabbed his car keys and quickly went to put on his shoes, not bothering to put on a jacket and he grabbed Charles who had awoken with all the noise.

He left his house, the sun on the brink of rising in a few minutes but he didn't let it bother him.

He got into his car and set Charles on the passenger's seat, turning on his car and putting his seatbelt on.

He played music off his phone as he drove to a specific coffee place he knew he would take a while to get to so he was occupied and when he got there he ordered two strong, large iced coffees to wake him up.

This particular coffee shop had treats for pets as well and that's why he had brought Charles along, getting a small goodie bag of treats for him along with his coffee.

The girl from the drive through told him he smelled good and he didn't know why but he felt a tad jealous about that, not sure if he likes other people complimenting his boyfriends scent directly to him.
