Hyunjin Pov
After playing in the rain for some time, felix and I found shelter to sit under for a while until the rain simmers down.
It was still raining heavily, well it had been for a while, but it didn't bother neither me or felix.
We sat in comfortable silence while we listened to the pitter patter sounds of the rain falling.
Watching each droplet fall from the pouring sky.
We continued to watch the rain fall for a while until the multiple droplets falling above begun to decrease.
"Ah, it seems like the rain is coming to an end, well for now at least." I say as I get up from the bench as the younger does the same.
"Yeah, I guess we should probably head back home, it's pretty late as well." He said as he looked at the night sky.
He was right, it was 2am and pretty late for us to be outside around this time, especially since we have school tomorrow.
Although I'm not sure it would be the best choice to let the younger go back to his home after what had happened this night.
I'm pretty worried about whether his father would do worse to him.
But then again I'm not sure if he'd except my offer to stay the night at my place.
"Hey Lix, I was wondering if you want to spend the night at my place?" I ask a little hesitant hoping he wouldn't say no.
The younger looked at as if he was unsure what to say.
"You don't have to worry about my parents being home, my mom is on a business trip and well my dad doesn't live with us so it's just me." I inform him as I await his answer.
"I mean sure if it's ok with you but I'm heading home early to get my bag and clothes." He says and smile.
"Sure ofcourse, I'll make sure to accompany you as well." I say with a smile as he nods.
We then begin our walk to my place.
It wasn't really a long walk to reach to my place in which we had arrived at in less than 15 minutes.
I then unlocked the front door and switched on the lights.
We both took of our wet sneakers and put on slippers as we entered the house.
"You have a real nice home." Felix says as he looks around in aww.
I smile as I thank the younger.
I then offer him to take a shower in my bathroom since he was soaking wet, which he agreed on.
While I led the younger upstairs to my room. I showed him where the bathroom was and told him he'd find try set's of clothes he could wear on my bed.
While he was in the shower I head over to my mom's room to take a shower as well.
Not long had I finished and got into a dry clothes.
By the time I had left the room I noticed my bedroom door was opened, yet felix wasn't there.
I walked downstairs in search of him and found him in the kitchen but ofcourse the younger wasn't alone as it seemed that kkhami was also there.
"I see you've already met my little friend." I say with a smile as I watch felix coo at the little pup.
"He is so adorable. By the time I had finished showering I heard little faint scratches coming from outside your door and well I just met this little guy." He says happily as pet's kkhami ever so gently.
