Eging was nervous as he knocked on the door of Emperor's sister,Pearl.They were about to have a family dinner in her house,for Emperor and Eging's anniversary. This wasn't the the first time he had visited her,since he was Emperor's friend when he was younger.But he didn't quite know what would he do,he wanted this to be the best family dinner ever,for his love,Emperor.

When Pearl answered the door, Eging was struck by her resemblance to Emperor. She had the same eyes as him,of course they were siblings.

"Eging?"-Emperor said,he was behind his sister

"Hi" Eging smiled

"Aren't you gonna say hi to me?" Pearl teased

Pearl invited Eging inside, and they sat down in her living room. She was warm and friendly,but always teasingly

But then,Marina came in.It just so happens that Pearl and Marina's wedding anniversary was a week before Emperor and Eging's dating anniversary

"How are y'all doing?" "I've got some cookies if you want"
"We're ok 'Rina"The short inkling said

As the four of them chattedd, Eging couldn't help but smile. He loved getting to know more about Emperor's family but he realized that he was falling in love with Emperor more and more,discovering new things about him that his sister only knew. Pearl shared stories about Emperor's childhood, the silly and embarrassing things he used to do and the friends he would make.

As the night wore on, Pearl said that Emperor and Eging could stay at her house tonight. They accepted.

But before they went to sleep,Agent 8,who was Pearl and Marina's adopted daughter was getting a plate from the drawer,but since her hands were a little slippery,the plate fell and broke.

8 was crying as she tried to pick up the broken pieces of the plate,but as soon as pearl and marina heard the noise the plate made,they went straight up to see if their daughter was okay.

"Oh my cod are you alright sweetie"? -Marina asked as she checked on her daughter's arm for any injuries
"I-I'm sorry it was all my fault " 8 said while sobbing

"It's alright,what is important is that you're okay"

Eging quietly was watching what was happening,but then Emperor got his attention,he looked sad and tired.

"You good?" Eging asked "You know you can always tell me"

"I'll tell you in the guests room"-Emperor replied and got up

Both of them got in their bedroom and sat in bed

"Alright, what's wrong?" Eging asked gently, sitting down next to Emperor. "Like I said you can tell me anything."

Emperor took a deep breath. "It's just...my past," he said, his voice breaking. "Everyone thinks I'm just some spoiled rich kid who's never had to worry a day in my life. But...the truth is, my childhood wasn't easy."

Emperor's eyes filled with tears as he continued."Well,my parents weren't the best,they always neglected my emotions and... they never cared about my siblings at all. I spent most of my life feeling alone and unwanted, like I didn't belong anywhere."

Eging hugged emperor , squeezing him gently. "I'm so sorry" he said. "I had no idea. But you're not alone now. You have me okay?.And I promise to always be here for you, no matter what." Eging kissed the back of his head

Emperor cried on his shoulder,remembering those things hurt him so much and Eging was hurt too,seeing his boyfriend cry broke his heart. So he held Emperor close, feeling his warmth and strength, breathing in his scent. "I'm here," Eging whispered. "I'll always be here. I love you, with all my heart.

As Emperor and Eging talked late into the night, Emperor felt a sense of closeness and comfort with Eging that he had never experienced before. He knew that he had found something special in Eging, something worth fighting for. And he wanted to stand by his side.

"I think we should sleep,you can wake me up if you need anything" Eging said

"Thank you" Emperor said,as he hugged Eging while getting inside the bed sheets

*kisses him* "Of course" Eging replied warmly

The 2 of them hold each other close as they peacefully slept,they knew that,they'll always be there for each other,through good and hard times.

Note(again): As you can see,this was a short chapter,I didn't had many ideas for this chapter,I'm really sorry 😭
