Description:They have been dating for a couple years, have moved in to an apartment together, gotten a cat and all that. They both work full time jobs an today is Scara's off day but Childe still has work. Scara will be referred to as kuni in this and Childe as Ajax :)

The sun burst through a crack in the curtains covering the room in a soft orange glow.

"Kuni" Ajax poked his lovely boyfriend who was fast asleep with his face buried in the Ginger's chest. "Kuni it's time to get up sleepyhead, I need to get ready for work and I can't do that with you on me-" He stirred, groaning and pushing his face deeper into Ajax's chest "Ten more minutes... please..".

Ajax sighed, running his hands through the others soft purple locks. "Kuniku, as much as I'd love to spend all day in bed with you I've seriously gotta get ready" He said softly once again nudging the smaller boy.

Scaramouche eventually sat up after much more pestering from the Ginger. He scowled down at him, speaking in a whine "Why can't you just call in sick or something-?" Ajax smiled at him smugly "Wow, who knew you could be so clingy-? I'm sorry Love but I've really got a lot of work to do." Kuni shot him a disappointed look, before rolling off him "Fine whatever... and for your information I'm not clingy!!" He threw a pillow at the taller man's head as he was getting up, much to his disappointment Ajax caught it.

"Nice try, gorgeous" He threw the pillow back, giving the boy a wink before disappearing into the bathroom to take a shower.

After about 20 minutes Ajax had returned to the bedroom with a towel wrapped tightly around his waist. Scara couldn't help but stare, no matter how many times he'd seen him like that it still left him breathless and with a face the colour of ripe strawberries. Ajax hummed a soft tune as he changed into his business attire, very aware of the eyes watching him.

"How about some breakfast hm-?" he turned to the smaller boy and was met with a scowl "Not hungry." Kuni quickly engulfed himself in the blanket, laying back down. He sighed, Scara had always had a habit of skipping out on breakfast "Too bad, it's the most important meal of the day you know-?" He scooped the smaller boy in his arms carrying him to the kitchen "I don't give two shits, let me down Ajax-!!" He squirmed before being set down on the counter.

"So what are we feeling-? Cereal, bacon and eggs, toast-?" Ajax smiled brightly at Scara awaiting his answer "Air." The boy said bluntly, a sly expression painting his face as he hopped off the counter. "No you don't." he grabbed his boyfriend by the waist setting him back on the counter.

Scaramouche glared at him. "Fine. Cut me fruit. I want fruit." Childe stayed still "...please-". His boyfriend beamed "there we go good boy, I'll have that done in a sec for you, go sit"

Not too much later a plate of cut up fruit in the shape of a flower was slid in front of Kuni. "Did you seriously arrange it all fancy like I'm some kind of child-?" He plopped an apple slice in his mouth "Why-? Do you not like it-?" The purple haired boy broke eye contact a soft red blushing his cheeks "..No." A big goofy grin covered his face as he watched his boyfriend eat, occasionally eating some himself.

Tartaglia checked his watch realizing the time, he rose and ruffled Kuni's hair "Well I really should get going, have a good day off babe-!!" He grabbed his stuff, he was almost out the door when Kuni flipped him around. "You forgot something." The ginger looked through his stuff and couldn't find anything missing when Scara cupped his face and placed a soft sweet kiss on his lips then his nose. "Well off you go now idiot, I love you."
"I love you too Kuni, see you when I'm back home"

Kuni yawned as sleepiness overwhelmed him, He lugged himself back to bed finding their orange cat Gizmo on the way (Sally face ref because yes.)
He covered himself with the blanket once again, cuddling against the cat. "I miss him already..." he then fell asleep, engulfed in his boyfriends scent.
