Narrator's Pov

Tenma was excited for his date, he hurried down the stairs, running out the entrance, as he walked in the big garden.

He was looking around trying to find the blue-haired boy, but he couldn't find him at all, he was starting to think that he may have forgot about their encounter, but it would have been... Strange.

As he was slowly losing hope, he suddenly got hugged from behind, and got taken out of guard, scaring him a bit, but as much as he saw Kyousuke he started laughing slightly.

T: *giggle* Thank God, I was starting to think that you wouldn't have come.

Tenma said, crossing his arms

Kyou: You know that I would never *chuckle*

Kyousuke was holding his right hand behind his back, why tho? Tenma thought. He never stood that way, so why hide his hand? Was he hiding something? There's only one way to know.

T: What are you hiding?

Kyou: Well~ *showing off the bouquet full of roses of different colours* I just wanted to make you a surprise~

Tenma's eyes were shining bright, his happiness was visible, he took the bouquet, holding it tight with his hands.

He looked at the roses, smiling widly.

T: Kyou this is beautiful! Awww *he gave Kyousuke a kiss on the cheek* this was so romantic of you.

Kyou: I'm happy that you like it. And I made sure to take the best roses I could find, or it would have looked too cheap for my prince.

T: nothing would ever look cheap if is from you

Tenma went on his tip toes, giving him a small but full of love kiss.

Kyousuke smiled, slightly blushing, kissing him back.

Kyou: sooo, shall we go?

T: Go where?

Kyou: what do you mean where? Don't you want to go to the village?

Kyousuke said, smirking.

T: W-wait, I can go?! But wouldn't my mom see us?

Kyou: don't worry about it, I already talked to her and it might be incredible but she agreed, and if you are wondering, no, I didn't tell her about the date.

Tenma was so happy that he hugged him energically, making Kyousuke almost lost his balance.

T: you are the best!

Tenma said, and with that, he took Tsurugi by his wrist and dragged him out the palace garden, ready to have a great and bright day at the village.

The civilians were all agitated by themselves, as today there was the Inazuma Big Sight, were civilians (mostly old people) sell ancient jewelry and fabrics.

Tenma has never seen it before, he knew it was a thing and he could hear the exictment of the villagers from the palace during this day, but he never attended to it, so seeing this fair for the first time with his bare eyes was something he was so excited about.

The two boys were about to venture into that large crowd of people determined to buy something precious.

Tenma couldn't be more happy to take part of such a incredible moment.

As the couple was about to walk into that big mass of people, one sellers noticed them, and shouted at the top of their lugs and announcing their presence, breaking that sense of exictment and happiness.
