Supper Time

Gary gave Haha a last minute call, mentioning that he's unable to join him and Jong Kook for the late dinner that was planned earlier. Haha wasn't pleased with that. He was desired to spend some time with his men for today.

Especially they three who loved to shared their stories and problem. Haha with the unhappy look then sent a short text message to Jong Kook, notifying him that Gary's unable to join them for a meal.

Haha felt his phone was buzzed for a second. He's received a call. Recognized that it's Jong Kook's number, he answered it.

On the other hand, Jong Kook was giving a new shot with his brand new dumbbell. He released his phone on a loudspeaker mode while exercising. He's been taking his good time to develop a healthier muscle everyday.

"Dong Hoon...If that so, why don't you just have a meal at my place? I will asked my mom to make delicious food that makes your drool." Jong Kook used of refer Haha with his actual name.

"Ya- Hyung...Are you sure about it? If you can't make it, we will just meet up some other day." Haha was hesitant whether should he accept the invitation or dropped it.

"Just come over. After all, my mom really wants to meet you. She missed you so much that she's been begging me to bring you over to my place for days."

"What if-"

Jong Kook began to yelled on the phone impatiently. Not wanting to hear any other excuse to take down the invitation. "YA DONG HOON!!! YOU BETTER COME OR ELSE I WILL JUST DRAG YOU FROM YOUR HOUSE RIGHT AWAY!!!"

Haha's lips were sealed shut. Jong Kook's angry tone really caused him to whimpered. He can only agreed with the offer and ended the call. It's been a while he had not meet Jong Kook's mom since he's busy looking after of Dream. Dream is Haha's precious son that he loved the most along with his wife, Byul.

Dream was misbehaved recently, especially he cries most of the time during the night. It drives Byul mad sometimes, but her anger just faded off when Dream acted cutely in front of her. Haha rather spent the whole night just to take care of Dream till he falls asleep in his arms.

Right now, he was on the sofa along with Dream who was busy watching his favourite cartoon show, Pororo. For all these while, Haha was known as Pororo due to his chubby image.

The snow had fallen from the sky for almost an hour. He prayed hardly that there isn't any road block when he's on the way to Jong Kook's house. As Haha's was about to left the house, he carried Dream for a moment before giving him a kiss on his chubby cheek.

He felt that Dream was clenching his daddy's shirt, not wanting his daddy to left him and Byul in the house. Haha guessed Byul doesn't want him to go as well. But she never voiced out about that. Haha passed him to Byul gently and planted a kiss on Byul's lips. He really loves them both that he is willingly to do anything just to make them both happy.

"Drive safely alright,dear." Byul's voice sounds weaken,yet she tries to hide away from her husband.

"I will...Love you. I will be back earlier for today. I promise." He spoke while putting on his winter boots before getting himself out from the house.

He played the CD of Byul's song in the car before he drove off. Since Jong Kook's housing area was far apart from Haha's, he set to his destination earlier. He couldn't believe that he's no longer an immature kid in his life, but a father for now. Slowly, he followed the rhythm played in every songs of hers and started to sing loudly in the car like nobody's business.

Finally arriving at Jong Kook's house, he parked the car at the parking lot and approached to his house. At the moment where Haha was about to ring the doorbell, Jong Kook opened up the door with the trash bag in his hands.

The weather was really freezing yet Jong Kook only puts on a gray singlet in his house, showing off his masculine body. Haha was unexpected that the muscular man was able stand the cold, especially during the winter season. They both stare at each other for a moment till Jong Kook realized that it's was Haha who's standing outside.

"Dong Hoon...Thats really fast. Why did you come so early? My mom still had not get the dishes ready yet."

"Ani...I have to leave earlier from my house. I'm afraid there will be a road block later." Haha explained while shaking off from the snow that landed on his jacket.

"I see. Do come in. And excuse me a little while. I need to throw the trash. Have a chat with my mom then." Jong Kook left the door open, allowing Haha to stepped into the house. It's really cozy and neat to stay overnight. Now he understood why Jong Kook would rather to stay indoor than get himself out there.

Haha spotted Jong Kook's mom in the kitchen, preparing the meals for them both. He walked in and greet her politely. She gave him a welcome hug in return. Somehow he felt guilty for her for preparing the meals all alone that Haha decided to offer a hand.

The meal was served for just a portion of two on the dining table. She then excused herself and left them both in the dining table.

"Dong Hoon..Did Gary told you why he couldn't join us??" He asked while munching the tasty kimchi that his mom had marinated with spices for months.

"He said that he's taking a small role in Ji Hyo's drama. That is why he couldn't make it."

Jong Kook was disbelief that Gary turned down their dinner just for the sake of appearing in Ji Hyo's drama. Showing his big fist while grind his teeth. "That guy..Seriously he's in a deep spell of love. He's going to get it from me when we meet up."

"Let him be. Besides he wants to get her attention for all these years. It's his chance to get her strong love."

They laughed hardly while enjoyed their precious meal. It felt unusual since Gary isn't around to join them both for a meal. Still they are having a great time, just the two of them. Haha watched his hyung who was focusing more on his meal.He placed down the chopstick and asked "Ya-hyung...When are you going to get married??"

Jong Kook heard the sudden question that he start choking with the food in his mouth. The Sparta Guy quickly drank his water to calm himself down.

Haha was stunned, not thinking the consequences earlier for causing Jong Kook to choked in his food. "I uh- I'm sorry..."

"Ya-Dong Hoon!!! Are you trying to kill me?? How can I get married when I'm still single?!" Jong Kook's anger was piling up, step by step. Haha could feel the steam boiling from his hyung.

Haha thrown his hat on the floor hardly and began to argue."Then go get one soon!!!! Your mom was begging me to get a lady for you. And you are almost 40!! I have to be a matchmaker just to get you married right away." He wishes to see his hyung to get a life partner soon due to his old age.

Trying remained himself calm, Jong Kook carried on with his meal. "Not all man need a lady in their life. I'm happy with my life, being a single. I can take care of my parents after all."

Haha showed his hateful expression to his hyung and stood up from his cushion seat. He was about to yell out loud and call out for Jong Kook's mom to complained how stubborn her son is.

In a flash, Haha's mouth was shoved with his huge palm. Haha remained silent and looked at his hyung with the pitiful face.

"You better keep your voice shut or I will rip your lips right away." Haha's mouth was completely sealed with the enormous palm that he can only nodded his head with fear. Jong Kook took off his palm from the lips and continue with his meal.

Haha sat slowly and gazed blankly at his meal on the table. For some reason, his mind flashed at the time where his unexpected life turns upside down. The time where his career gone really bad, ignored by everyone and more.

Jong Kook take notice of his dongseang who seemed so down. Feeling guilty, that he apologize for being rude a moment ago. Haha only spoke to him a sentence before he caught his eyes into Jong Kook. "Hyung.....What will I do if you weren't in my life???"
