1.Ash's Story (Part 3: Hoenn)

Chapter 41

Now we're in Sootopolis City, Wallace is inviting us to his house and we relax there. Reisa and May become friends after learning that they're doing contests, and we also learn how Reisa wins the Sinnoh Grand Festival.

"So how has your love life been going, Ash?" Reisa smirks at me, and I groan. "Seriously?"

Alice says, "That's not really important, you know."

"Really? I mean you did notice the Pokemon over there, right?" Reisa asks, and we gasp in surprise to see what she's talking about. The Luvdisc are in the water where we're sitting beside.

Reisa says, "A couple finding this Pokémon will be blessed with eternal love. You guys are lucky since I also want to have this Pokemon..."

We groan as Luvdisc also agrees with Reisa, and it wants to join our team, so we capture the Pokemon in the end.

Luvdisc: The Rendezvous Pokemon: Water Type. Luvdisc make the branches of Corsola their nests. There is a custom from long ago of giving a Luvdisc as a gift to express one's feelings of love.

"Now we have more things to be teased about..." I mutter and Alice sighs, "This is so embarrassing..."

The next day, Max hears a cry for help and finds a sick Ralts. It's too weak to walk but needs to be treated at a Pokémon Center, so Max decides to carry it there. However, Team Rocket wants Ralts for themselves, dressing up as Gardevoir and Kirlia to steal it. When the Pokédex sees through Meowth's disguise, Team Rocket decides to fight, and Max must take Ralts and run while we fend off Team Rocket.

When we arrive at the Pokemon Center after sending them blasting off, Max bursts into tears and tells us that Ralts is terribly sick. It's a tense wait until Nurse Joy predicts a full recovery for Ralts. Once Ralts is well again, Max takes it outside and calls for Gardevoir and Kirlia. This summons Team Rocket's fakes again, but Ralts is healthy enough to take care of them itself. The real Pokémon appear and though Ralts doesn't want to leave, Max knows it must. But first, he promises that when he's old enough to be a Trainer, he'll come back and find Ralts again so they can travel the world together.

Then we notice a nearby fireworks display and we get to see the brand new water-themed theatre, where the city's mayor and the Sootopolis Gym Leader, Juan, are busy commemorating the building.

"It's Master Juan!" Mark says.

Max says, "So all of you have a history with the gym leader?"

"Master Juan has been our teacher for the contests since we were little, not to mention that he is also one of the first Top Coordinators." Reisa says.

"I'm truly humble." Juan bows before saying, "I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being here on this special day. I also want to thank the mayor for his hard work on my behalf. Dear Pokemon, come meet your friends!"

Just then, we see a lot of Water Pokemon appear, and the one in the middle is his signature Pokemon Kingdra.

"That sure is the greatest Kingdra that I've ever seen!" May gasps.

"It has been raised all." I say with a smile.

"Now all sit back and feast your eyes!" As the Water Pokemon are showing their Water Gun show, everyone is amazed at the sight and bursts into cheers.

"Awesome..." Max says.

"That's Master Juan for you." I say.

"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much. Now I would like to-" But just then, why are we not surprised? Team Rocket is here to ruin everything again.
