riki's life carried on for the next two long weeks. everyday he woke up, brushed his teeth, showered, fed bisco, and ate breakfast. then, he drove himself to ''grey entertainment' and began to work.

it was apparent that even though your heart may feel empty or hurt, the world won't stop for you. you either keep going, or get left behind.

in the last two weeks, riki seen sunoo a total of zero times. this was very concerning to him, even though he promised not to get involved with the older any more, he still felt uneasy not knowing if the raven was okay.

not that it was any of his business...

today was not one of riki's favorite days. today at work, he was assigned to work with jo's group to produce their latest album.

of course riki mentally complained because he was obviously not a fan of this idea, but he had to hold onto his professionalism and do his job whether he liked the idea or not. and just to his luck, jo's lines were first on the main tittle track of the album.

as they prepared to record jo's lines, the vocal director sat beside riki as jo stood in the sound booth. "whenever you're ready." the director called to the tall male who then began to sing the opening for the song.

around an hour later, jo had finished recording all of his lines and it was time for a much needed  break for all three of the working men. despite wanting to relax for a while, riki had other plans. although he disliked asakura jo, he needed his help.

the vocal director had already exited the recording studio and there was just the two japanese males remaining. there was slight tension in the air but niki chose to ignore it.

before jo could walk out the exit to leave the studio, niki called out to him.

"hey jo..." riki mentally cringed at the awkwardness in his tone. i mean, the two have barely had a decent conversation so what else is there to expect.

"yeah...?" jo was just as awkward, if not more awkward than the younger. he turned back around to face niki and was confused as to why riki of all people would speak to him casually. it was very obvious that the man did not like jo.

"i haven't seen sunoo in a while and i was wondering if you knew were he was..." jo narrowed his eyes at the man in suspicion. "why should i tell you?" every time the two interacted, sunoo was involved which makes sense because the two had no other reason to communicate.

"please just- just tell me how he's doing." riki tried to calm himself down because jo was starting to piss him off. all he wanted to do was ask a simple question but the latter was being stubborn.

jo thought for a moment. he considered if he should continue this conversation with someone who is clearly also interested in sunoo. although he wanted to just ignore the other japanese man, he also was concerned about sunoo.

"i don't know... i haven't heard from him in weeks." jo confessed. in the past two weeks, jo hadn't received one text, nor seen the older in the flesh. he tried texting and calling only to receive a dead end.

"do you know where he lives?" niki became increasingly more anxious. sunoo going missing right after their last 'conversation' was not a green flag. riki was worried but he also promised to leave the raven alone for good so it wasn't like he could just show up and ask how sunoo was feeling.

"yeah, why?"

riki figured jo was his last option. "can you go check up on him, please. i just want to know that he's doing alright. i know i'm not in the position to ask you for any favors but i can tell that you're concerned as well."

niki was right, jo was concerned. so, putting his pride aside, jo agreed. he wanted to see sunoo anyway so found no reason to object. "okay, i'll go right now." niki let out a breath of relief that jo could cooperate with him.

"thank you. let me know how he is." with that, jo nodded and exited the room.

sunoo was snuggled up with dubu and watching his favorite movie. then, he suddenly heard a knock on his apartment door. not expecting any guests, he walked over and looked through the peep-hole to find the familiar face of jo.

sunoo quickly opened up the door. "jo? what are you doing here?" sunoo gave the taller a small smile.

over the past couple of weeks sunoo did a lot of reflecting. he thought about jo mostly, but not particularly in the way that he wanted to. sunoo felt bad that he's been basically brushing the other off since the party. he knew jo didn't deserve that.

"uh, i came to see you. you've been missing for a while..." jo shyly replied. that's also one thing sunoo liked about the latter, he was very shy and cute.

"yeah... i'm sorry about that. come in!" sunoo opened the door wide so that jo could enter into his home.

the two walked over to the seating area and sat next to each other. there was a little awkwardness but that was expected. sunoo knew that he owed the other an explanation.

"so... you're probably wondering why i basically disappeared..." sunoo felt extremely guilty for ghosting jo. jo hadn't done anything wrong for sunoo to stop responding and sunoo felt shame for doing it.

"a little bit..." jo joked to try and lighten up the atmosphere, which worked because they shared a slight chuckle together.

"okay, i'm going to be honest with you. you know niki right? the one that always randomly shows up out of no where and is kinda rude to you?" jo nodded, he knew exactly who sunoo was referring to but he was also unsure what he had to do with sunoo going missing.

"he's actually my ex boyfriend..." sunoo awkwardly smiled and scratched his head.
