this is a theory that could mean that Giyuu/Giyu and Sanemi will live past 25, maybe not as long as they might've, but they still will live longer. However this theory will still show Tanjiro will probably die at 25 years old

according to some research I've done, the demonslayer mark starts off as a thing that can be activated, but will disappear until it's activated again, and when the mark disappears its effects do aswell, this could include the curse.
According to my knowledge of what happens, all the former slayers who had died due to the mark had done a form of training that makes the mark permanant, like Tanjiro managed to do the hashira training arc, so Tanjiro will probably still die at 25 if I'm correct.

Sanemi and Giyuu never made it permanent, therefore their marks disappeared. And, like stated above, when the mark disappears so does the effects, and again, this might include the curse.
also apparently they canonically have children, and I don't think that in four years you'd find a woman and get married and have children just to die anyways since they theoretically know how the mark works cause it would probably be explained to them
In conclusion, I believe the Sanemi and Giyuu will likely not die from the demonslayer mark, but I could be wrong
