"Hey, what about Dorothy?" Scarecrow asked

"Yes, how about Dorothy?" Tin Man asked

"Yeah. Dorothy next." said Lion

"Yes. Dorothy." said the Wizard

Dorothy felt a little bummed

"Oh, I don't think there's anything in that black bag for me." she said while feeling bummed

"Well, you force me into a catactlysmic decision. The only way to get Dorothy back to Kansas is for me to take her there myself." said the Wizard

Upon hearing that, Dorothy's bummed face became into a smiling one

"Oh, will you? Could you? Oh! Oh, but are you a clever enough wizard to manage it?" asked Dorothy

"Child, you cut me to the quick! I'm an old Kansas man myself, born and bred in the western wilderness premier balloonist par excellence to the Miracle Wonderland Carnival Company. Until one day, while performing feats of stratospheric skill never before attempted by civilized man an unfortunate phenomena occurred. The balloon failed to return to the fair." he said

"It did?" asked Lion

"Weren't you frightened?" asked Dorothy

"Frightened? You are talking to a man who has laughed in the face of death sneered at doom and chuckled at catastrophe. I was petrified. Then suddenly, the wind changed and the balloon floated down into this noble city, where I was instantly acclaimed Oz, the first wizard deluxe. Times being what they were, I accepted the job retaining my balloon against the advent of a quick getaway. And in that balloon, my dear Dorothy, you and I will return to the land of E Pluribus Unum." said the Wizard

And they went to a ballon at the Emerald City's square filled with Ozian people. Dorothy, Toto and the Wizard are in the hot-air balloon which says "STATE FAIR OMAHA."

"My friends. I mean, my friends!" said the Wizard

Many Ozians started to cheer

"This is positively the finest exhibition ever to be shown...be that as it may. I, your Wizard per ardua and altar am about to embark upon a hazardous and technically unexplainable journey into the outer stratosphere!" he said

The Ozians cheered again

"To confer, converse and otherwise hobmob with my brother wizards. And I hearby decree that until what time if any I return the Scarecrow, by virtue of his highly superior brains shall rule in my stead assisted by the Tin Man by virtue of his magnificent heart and the Lion, by virtue of his courage. Obey them as you would. Thank you." he said

Then, Toto growled at a cat that was on an Ozian woman's arms, then Toto jumps out of Dorothy's arms

"Oh, Toto! Come back! Toto!" said Dorothy as she got out of the balloon

"Oh, don't go without me. I'll be right back." she said to the Wizard as she was going for Toto

"Stop that dog!" said Tin Man

Scarecrow and Lion went to help Dorothy in grabbing Toto, and later, the ropes got loose and the Wizard's balloon started to float away

"This is a highly irregular procedure. This is absolutely unprecedented! I'll ruin my exit!" said the Wizard

Dorothy was shocked and she ended up pleading to the Wizard

"Come back! Come back! Don't go without me! Please come back!" said Dorothy

"I can't come back! I don't know how it works!" said the Wizard

"Goodbye, folks!" said the Wizard to the Ozians

And all Ozians said goodbye to him, Dorothy was very sad.
