"alright, here are your keys," hanbin passes the cards out to all the students. "you all should know who your roommates are."

"make sure not to lose them, and i recommend putting them in your name tags since you're going to be wearing those all day," hao shows that he did it. "so from now till 1, just get some rest cause it was a long trip and then after that, we can go out for lunch and then we'll talk about details then. good?"

everyone nods.

"alright, then let's go!"

the two adults lead the group to the elevators and wait for the ride to come.

"what floor are we on?" yujin asks gyuvin, and the older checks his card.

"i'm guessing 17th? that's pretty high up."

"but that means we'll have the best view!" the younger bounces a bit from excitement. "wait...isn't ricky hyung scared of heights?"

"don't worry, it's only when i'm exposed to the air. if i'm in a building, it's fine," the chinese shrugs his shoulders. "although, i can't wait for night. it's gonna look the best then."

"who are you rooming with?" gyuvin asks his cousin.

"iahn and hajun," he recalls. "on the bright side, those two are really clean so i won't have to worry about getting stressed every time one of you guys drops your clothes on the ground."

"did you really accept their offer because of that?" yujin asks.

"that and they also needed one last person so i decided to take it."

he sees his friends all look a bit down with him not being there so the male tries to cheer them up.

"c'mon, we're all gonna be together as a group so i'll see you guys a lot! and, if i really want to, then i could ask hao and hanbin hyung if i sleep over for a night or something. it's not like we're being separated."

"park gunwook, what am i going to do without you?" gyuvin lets out a loud cry and pretends to sob into his cousin's shoulder. "i'm going to miss you so much!"

gunwook sends a look to ricky saying "help", and the other immediately helps by grabbing the giant and shaking his shoulders.

"you're so embarrassing sometimes," he rolls his eyes.

"yeah well, you love me for that," gyuvin sticks his tongue out.

"sure, we can all dream," ricky cooly responds and then goes back to his conversation with yujin.

"so, any updates with your crush?" gunwoo elbows his cousin. "you guys were getting buddy buddy with tutoring soooo..."

"i don't know, he's confusing and i don't know what to do," gyuvin looks a little dejected. "maybe i'll just keep waiting or something."

"don't wait too long that you lose a chance. if you see any opening, just take it."

as if to prove his point, the elevator dings to signify its arrival, and the doors open, letting everyone enter.

"this is a lot better than i thought," hao enters the hotel room and looks at the space. it looked clean and simple, just a tv and stand, desk and a chair, 2 beds, and a small refrigerator and microwave.
