A few days later Sanji and Zoro were cuddled together on the deck of Sunny. The former prince had come out of the galley after cooking dinner for the crew and smiled as he called everyone inside to eat. Zoro not leaving his mate's side since the change in the omega's scent which was a mix of both his own scent and that of Sanji's. The swordsman knew why the change was occuring. The chef's belly was still flat but getting soft, not to mention his torso. As the days came and went Sanji's chest had become tender and his belly soft. Even when sparring did both men take care not to injure the other. The entire crew was in the galley eating dinner. Sanji had prepared all of their favorites as he had the night his brothers abducted him. He smiled as he watched his crew eat. Nothing made him happier than to see his family enjoy their meal. His hand moved to his belly and he gave it a gentle stroke as he looked down. "What's up Sanji?" Asked Luffy getting the chef's attention. "Hm? Oh nothing captain. Why? Is the food not good?" He asked thinking he had messed something up due to being distracted by the tiny being growing within him. Luffy ate happily. "Nope! You just look a bit distracted. The food's great." He replied. Sanji smiled a bit as he watched his captain. Zoro nuzzled his mate happily as he placed his hand over Sanji's.

After dinner everyone came out of the galley with full bellies and laughing at old memories from their travels before the Germa Kingdom and Whole Cake Island. Sanji later told them of what happened in Zou, but no one cared or even judged the former prince for leaving. He didn't have a choice. After that discussion silly memories took place of the drama. The crew was laughing as they remembered how Franky joined. Jimbei was enjoying the tales of all their adventures before and after he became a part of the Straw Hats after leaving his own crew, and then the Big Mom Pirates. As the sun began to set Sanji was in the infirmary with Chopper and Zoro. He had collapsed when he was feeling a bit drained after preparing dinner and attempted to go to bed. In doing so the galley began spinning and he collapsed, but Zoro caught him before he could fall then took him to the infirmary. Luffy was pacing around outside Chopper's office as the full moon rose and his body changed form. Brook screamed and hid behind Nami. "Brook? What's wrong?" She asked before looking where Brook was looking not long before and saw a black wolf pacing where Luffy was just at. "Um Luffy? Does anything uh, feel different, or strange?" Asked the navigator. Luffy's ears twitched as he looked up with amber eyes. "No. Why? Is something wrong?" He asked which caused Brook to scream and faint, his soul leaving his body.... er bones. Chopper came out along with Zoro and Sanji who had a hand to his stomach. "Sanji!" Called Luffy as he ran over only to trip over himself. "Ow." He said and got up.

The teen wolf screamed in surprise at the massive mossy green wolf in front of him. Zoro growled loudly having become his wolf form and standing in front of Sanji protectively. Sanji stepped in front of the alpha's hulking form still in his human form seeing that Zoro was about to attack the slightly smaller wolf. Zoro's motion stopped instantly, his sword only inches away from the former prince's throat. "Move!" He growled. Sanji growled in reply. "No! Back Off!" He commanded. Zoro's eye was glowing silvery white with anger as two icy blue glowing eyes stared him down. "Back off." Said Sanji, again not moving. Luffy was trembling a bit. He was an alpha though, so why was he scared? But then again, Zoro's wolf was massive and quite intimidating, so could you truly blame him? Sanji growled loudly. "I Won't! Look At Him Damn It! It's Luffy!" He exclaimed. Zoro looked at his mate before stepping back to look at the wolf behind his mate. It was a black furred wolf, with a straw hat that rested against its hackles, and a scar under its eye. "Shit! It is you!" Said Zoro as he shifted forms and sheathed his sword. Sanji turned to look at his captain's alarmed form and knelt down approaching the other with caution. "Easy, you're alright." He soothed. Luffy calmed as he was touched by his cook. He purred in delight as Sanji scratched behind his ears. "Sorry Luffy, I thought you were another alpha trying to take Sanji." Apologized the swordsman. "It's okay, sorry you thought I was trying to take Sanji." Said Luffy laughing. Sanji took Luffy elsewhere and explained what had happened. "I'm A Whaaaaaaatt?!" Came the scream of the Straw Hats Captain. Robin went to where Sanji and Luffy were. "It seems our captain is new to this. You can change forms also can't you Mr. Cook?" She asked.

Sanji nodded. "I can, but I don't do it often, especially not at this time. The time of a full moon, I avoid shifting to my wolf at all cost. Also I usually only shift when I need to escape in a hurry. Here I'll show you, but be warned, my wolf is much different than others." He explained as he gestured for Brook to come at him full force with his blade drawn. Brook did so and went after Sanji with his sword drawn only to be stopped. Sanji vanished and reappeared in his wolf form. "What the?" Zoro?!" He asked as he was now behind his mate's massive form. He stumbled but caught himself. Brook looked at Zoro nervously. "Um excuse me Zoro, I'm meant to be going after Sanji, not you." He said politely only to squeal as Zoro held a sword to his neck bone. "Don't You Dare!" Growled Zoro. Sanji growled loudly. "Oi! Marimo! Stop!" He yelled making Zoro growl as he turned once removing his blade from Brook's neck. "Or what?" He asked before freezing in his tracks. There before him was a beautiful golden wolf with bright blue-gray eyes. "Th- Those eyes. That hair style.... Cook?" He asked bewildered. Sanji grit his teeth showing them as he growled. "Is that really you? Sanji?" Asked Zoro. The chef looked at his mate. "It is. Wait.... Have you never seen this form?" He asked earning a shake of the head from Zoro. "Wait.... Really?" He asked surprised his mate had never seen his wolf before. Zoro's sword hit the deck with an audible clank as he went to his mate. "You... You look so beautiful." He said staring in awe of his mate's glowing form. Sanji's wolf was glowing a brilliant gold in the light of the full moon. He was glowing so bright he looked like a star, or a firefly on a warm summer's night.

The former prince blushed lightly as his alpha looked him over. "I don't usually take this form, especially during a full moon." He said looking down. Zoro only lifted his mate's chin with his muzzle and nuzzled him. "You're beautiful." He said not seeing the rest of the Straw Hats gazing at their ship's cook. "You really are a gold wolf. So Brook did see you that night." Came Nami's voice. Sanji looked at her. "He did, I had told Zoro to go to bed and try to rest since it had been a long eventful day. He had courted me enough when he protected me from that intruder." He said before continuing, "And Luffy.... You proved yourself to be a strong capable alpha. You may be young, but you're strong, and any omega would be lucky to have you as their mate." Finished Sanji as he nuzzled Zoro happily. Zoro kept Sanji close, this form was new to him, but he loved it. He had chosen such a special omega to be his bonded mate. The former prince of a royal family that he disowned not long ago. He smiled as he thought of something to do later on in the coming weeks. Zoro and Sanji stayed in their wolf forms for the rest of the night, looking up at the moon and stars. When morning came both were back in their human forms asleep on the deck. As soft sunlight danced across Sanji's slightly tanned yet still pale skin the omega slowly woke. "Morning already?" He asked and got up slowly. Once up he yawned and stretched. His hand moved to his belly as an all too familiar sensation hit him full swing and he ran to the railing of Sunny to empty the contents of his stomach. Zoro woke up to the sound of his mate's wretching and rushed to his side. Sanji let a few tears fall as he wiped his mouth. "I told you there'd be consequences." He murmured holding his stomach as Zoro rubbed his back. "As I mentioned, we knew the consequences of our actions, we'll be alright. We need to tell the crew though." Said Zoro as he placed his other hand to Sanji's abdomen.

Soon the rest of the Straw Hats woke up and Luffy went to where his two wings were. "Sanji? Can we have breakfast now?" He asked. Sanji looked over and smiled. "Sure thing captain, just give me a few minutes and I'll start the preparations." He said which earned him a big grin from his captain. Chopper ran over to Sanji and hugged the chef's leg as he sniffed the air around the blonde. "You smell so nice Sanji, like a nurturing mother." He said innocently. Sanji released a surprised sound and blushed lightly as he carefully scooped up the tiny reindeer and cuddled him. "Shh, it's a secret. When the time comes I'll tell the others, but for now it's just between you, Zoro, and me." He said cuddling Chopper, not realizing he was holding him like a baby. Chopper giggled and cuddled Sanji happily. "Okay dad." He said blushing. "Sorry... i- it slipped." Apologized Chopper. Sanji was blushing at what Chopper said before sighing and smiling. "It's okay." He assured, he always saw Chopper as a sort of son to him, and Zoro did as well. Because of his kind heart Sanji was always very good with kids, so for him to become a mother in just a few months, well it suited him. Chopper looked up at Sanji. "Sanji? The other night..... beneath the full moon.... You were glowing so bright I thought you were a star. Is there... Is there something you're not telling us?" He asked nervously while held by his adoptive father in the galley. "Nope, nothing at all, it's just my genes I guess, I'll tell you about all that later. Please go wait outside, I don't want you to get burned by the grease." Answered Sanji before kissing his adoptive son on the head and gently setting him down. Chopper nodded and left the galley to join the others.
