CANDACE DEEZ NUTS POV:

-RING RING-

That was the bell, signifying the end of recess...perfect for my next plan. You see, I couldn't just let Rui's actions be left in the dark, for I was craving for drama...craving to be noticed. Also because, although it was embarrassing to admit...I liked Rui, I've admired him for the past 3 months. But when I got the signs that Rui liked Tsukasa and not me, my heart filled with rage. I wanted to get back at Rui and make HIM feel the pain that I did, by causing all this drama and making it seem like it was HIS fault. Walking past the lockers, I just so happened to find Kaeya shuffling the folders in his locker, trying to find his stuff for the next class. As I slowed down my walking pace to analyse exactly what he was doing (🤓), I couldn't help but notice...

Every single locker decoration of his being Danny Devito. He had posters of him in every single corner of his locker, like a print out of the M&M ad one.

"Ooo~" I said, leaning in forwards to Kaeya. "Got a little crush there do you?~"

Embarrassed and blushing red, he turned away shrugging, ignoring my statement until I pushed him against his locker and stared at him in the eyes.

"Answer my question." I snapped, sharpening my glare. "I know EVERYTHING."

"And what do you want?" he asked, returning the same look that I had. "Why should I tell a wimp like you?"

"I'm only here to help you." I calmly stated, despite pushing him at his locker what seemed like 5 seconds ago. "I know you feel jealous that Danny hooked up with Scarab and not you."

"HE DID?!" Kaeya shrieked. "S-SINCE WHEN, HE NEVER TOLD ME!"

"Well, not exactly." I said, snickering. "Our class had a project of roleplaying a date, and they got paired up. But Rui and Tsukasa found them and airdropped a video of them to the whole class."

"But..that means Danny may have a chance in ACTUALLY FALLING IN LOVE WITH HIM!" He was supposed to be mine, I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE HIM." Kaeya screeched across the hallway of lockers, clenching a fist.

"I know." I reminded him, "So hear me out, what if there was a plan to...sabotage them to get Danny to fall in love with you instead?"

Kaeya's eyes lit up with excitement as a devilish smirk grew across his face. I could tell I was already succeeding in step 1 of my plan.

"So...what if, we airdropped not just my class, BUT THE WHOLE SCHOOL the video of Danny and Scarab on that fake date?" I suggested. "Then we disguise it as if it's a real date, so then they'll have no option but to deny their feelings about each other in public, and to each other!!!"

"Okay nice, IT'S PERFECT!" Kaeya cackled. "And we'll just blame Rui for airdropping it!"

"But, that's not it." I smirked. "There's a talent show coming up, and it will be a perfect opportunity to push them into performing together, so that they can tell the whole school that they aren't dating. They'll walk off the stage like a broken mess, knowing that they'll never tell ANYONE about their relationship!"

"Huh..wdym." Kaeya said. "I feel like that's not enough...that we should do MORE TO MAKE SCARAB SUFFER 👹!"

Pulling out a pair of scissors from my pocket, I laughed maniacally. I looked at Kaeya, and giggled,

"Would Danny still love Scarab...if he was as bald as cheesy nuts?"

RUI POV:

Walking across the lockers, trying to find the bathroom, I tread softly in the silent hallways of the school, until I heard faint giggles coming from around the corner.

Huh, who could that be? I thought. Are people skipping class?

Peering across the corner, I turned my head only to see... Kaeya and Candace talking? Wasn't that the fortnite kid (he's one of those kids who wakes up at 3 am to play) with the obvi crush on Danny, and the snitch girl who liked me? I listened in closer, wondering what was happening and why they were out of class this early.

"It's perfect!" Kaeya exclaimed. "But where do we start?"

"We'll first airdrop the video of the fake date to the whole school." Candace said. "Then we'll merely just..blame it on Rui. Everyone would believe it's him, since he took the video in the first place."

Candace and Kaeya snickered at the idea. They had mischievous looks on their faces. Shocked that I was suddenly involved in this plan, I had to tell Scarab, Danny and ANYONE ELSE before it was too late! I didn't know Candace and Kaeya's real intentions, but I had a feeling it wasn't good. Plus, I felt a BIT bad that I airdropped that video to the whole class.

"MWAHAHAHAHHA!!!!" Kaeya screamed. "Now Danny senpai will be MINE." (notice me senpai 🥺).

OMG HE'S A SWEET BUT PSYCHO OBSESSED WITH DANNY. I thought. I mean, that wasn't really a surprise to begin with but still...WHAT ON EARTH?!

I also wondered why Candace would bring me into this plan, I had a feeling it was more than just the plan. Maybe she was...mad at me for not liking her back? I know she's been interested in me for a while but I think she knows about my liking for...someone else, for Tsukasa. I wanted to talk to her, but I knew she wouldn't listen, so the only thing left to do was run and find Scarab as soon as I could, even if he may have felt betrayed that I sent the video to the whole class. It was a chance to make things right, and I had to go right now.
