A worrying warning.

SCARAB POV:

"Alright class, uhm time to go to lunch, get out of my classroom bozos." our P.E. teacher Mrs Minaj said. "Y'all suck at dodgeball." (stan nicki minaj grrr)

I left the class, still sulking about what happened before when Danny and I's date video got released to the class. I mean, at least everyone thought it was for the class project though right? I still felt so betrayed though, so hurt that one of my close friends Rui would even leak the video in the first place? How could someone so close to me do such a thing, just for the fun of it?!

But worst of all, despite everyone thinking it was for the class roleplay, Danny actually took me out on a date...because he genuinely liked me. He just had something that would make my heart flutter whenever I would walk past him, he gave me the feeling that I wanted to spend my whole entire life with him; so when he confessed to me the other night, I felt like the happiest person in the world. I blushed, just thinking about his majestic face and his glowing skin (he probably had a skincare routine ong guys 😱/j).

However, our relationship was supposed to be a secret, just between just the two of us. No one was supposed to know that him, one of the most popular guys in the school, would fall in love with me, a nerd who eats Mr Beast chocolate bars every night before I go to bed (his favourite flavour is deez nutz). So when that video was first released, both of us freaked out. When everyone first thought the date was genuine, they laughed at us and mocked us for being together. After lying that it was solely just for the project, we didn't know how we were going to tell anyone, after knowing that all of their reactions would just be judgemental words. I teared up, knowing that my relationship with my partner may have to be secret forever, because if anyone knew, both our lives would be over.

I went to the school cafeteria, getting my food from the school chefs. They were serving that one prime drink by logan paul and ants egg soup on a tray. I was given a fork to eat the soup with, as I stepped out of the cafeteria line and sat down next to Danny. I could tell both of us wanted to desperately discuss what happened earlier.

"D-Danny kun 🥺.." I stuttered. "What are we going to do, our cover nearly got blown by Rui!" (HELP I'M CRINGING WHILE WRITING THIS- Koumawritesfic).

"It should be fine, don't worry kitten, i'll attack him and turn into the gacha 2018 baddie alpha if he continues his shenanigans 🐺." Danny said. "Plus, only the class saw, it's not like anyone else will see it...right?"

"True, thanks!!" I said as I felt so weak in this moment compared to Danny, who was staying tall and strong in this moment (scarab is a omega guys /j - zzuhazanaaa)

I finished the last of my ants egg soup and chugged down my prime logan paul drink before waving my Danny senpai goodbye. I was about to walk to my locker to get my stuff for the next few classes I had, until I was stopped by...

"Rui?" I questioned. "What do you want from me now grr."

I was still angry at Rui for leaking that video. Even if he didn't know about Danny and I's relationship, what gave him the rights to leak that video without my permission? I tried glaring at him menacingly but ended up looking goofy like one of those 0.5x shot photos. I could tell he was trying not to cringe and stay calm.

"Look, I know you have every right to be mad at me but just hear me out!" he pleaded. "I overheard Candace and Kaeya, and they're planning to-"

"NO. I WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU." I snapped, interrupting Ruifridgerator from his sentence. "YOU BETRAYED ME, AND YOU LEAKED THAT WHOLE VIDEO TO THE CLASS, WHAT IN THE SHART IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

Rui fell silent, as the look of guiltiness entered his eyes. He took a few moments before taking a deep breath and continuing his sentence.

"What I did was wrong, I was bored, and I wasn't thinking rationally." he sighed. "I'm so sorry I didn't ask you first and immediately sent the video to the whole class. I know you placed your trust in me, and I apologise for making you think that you could never trust me with anything ever again. But PLEASE listen to me, Candace and Kaeya are trying to expose something about you and Danny to the whole school. Please be careful!"

"I know you're trying to help me...but I don't believe you." I said, like an emo goofy ahh baddie. One day I was a baddie, the next day I turned into a preppy but today I was emo again(reference to a song 💀). Rui sighed yet again as he decided to walk away, but before he did, he turned to me one more time and said,

"Don't say I didn't warn you."

His voice suddenly going quiet but intense gave me chills down my spine. As he walked away, I couldn't help but wonder if he was actually telling the truth (OF COURSE HE IS ARE YOU DUMB SCARAB?? -Koumawritesfic).

Don't trust him, he'll just betray you yet again. I thought to myself. Stay strong, like the smell of the bathrooms after eating TacoBell 😔✊.

Finally getting the stuff I needed from my locker, I checked my phone to see what time it was. But as soon as I placed one finger on my phone, a pinging noise could be heard. A notification probably came up. I wanted to ignore it, until I realised something. It wasn't just me getting this notification...

Everyone else's phones got the notification sound too.

Checking my phone, I was slightly more curious on what this may have been. I did my password 69420, then clicked on the app where the notification came from, Bird app (TWITTER 💀). It said that two anonymous people collaborated on a post, tagging the whole school to see it. I clicked on the post, wanting to know more on what it was about. The post said:

Heyyy girliepops, we found something that will SHOCK YOU. Click on the video attached, someone's getting exposed. #secret_relationship_no_more.

"Hm..I wonder what the video would be." I told myself, clicking on the video as it loaded. My curiosity levels got higher and higher as the video slowly loaded. However, my excited face immediately turned into an expression of horror as I realised what it was.

It was the date video of Danny and I.

CANDACE POV:

Kaeya and I looked at eachother, snickering to eachother as we saw Scarab panic while looking at his phone, staring at him from behind a corner.

"AHAHA, IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE." Kaeya laughed, happily fornite dancing and hitting the griddy. "I CAN'T BELIEVE OUR PLAN ACTUALLY WORKED."

"Yep, just as I said it would." I smirked, "I'm such an intellectual ."

"You know, you're not as bad as I thought, wimp." Kaeya cackled.

"Watch your mouth." I reminded him. "The only reason why we're doing this in the first place is because of ME."

"Okay, okay chill. Well now that's out of the way, should we proceed into part 2 of the plan, orrr?" Kaeya asked, obviously desperate to cause more drama.

"Don't get too excited Kaeya, everything's smooth sailing from here." I said. "All we need to do right now is sit back, and watch the drama unfold."
