Mori's pov

I opened the door to see koyou and yosano. I grimaced when I also saw the black lizard too. I turned to dazai and grabbed him by his collar. "After everything you've done, you still had the audacity to snitch about the party".

He gave me a smug look before replying"I didn't run my mouth this time around someone beat me too it".
I let go of him and looked at chuuya and akutagawa. Akutagawa didn't even look at the unwelcomed guests. He was busy staring at atsushi. I rolled my eyes and stared at chuuya. He gave me a sad look.

Bullsh*t. I walked over to him " how could you?"."If anyone should be a loud mouth it's that numbskull not you".
"Koyou asked where I was and I couldn't lie to her".

With that I left the house for them.
"I need to get my head cleared". As soon as I stood on the porch I saw the ada. "For fu*k sake" I sighed to myself.

They all gave me disgusted looks before entering my house as if they owned it. Okay that pissed me off a little. I stood for a while there before walking off.

I walked to a little cafe and decided it wouldn't hurt if have a little caffeine in my system. I sat at a table close too the window and looked outside.

I saw all these couples walking around and being a little bit much.
But the pda i normally use for my amusement made me sad. I just asked for a day to be with fuku is all but noooo they all had to come and fu*k it up.

I sighed and realized someone was sitting beside me. "Why are you here?".

Fuku's POV

"I was passing by and saw you, I'm surprised you didn't even notice me".
He looked at me with this (adorable) ahem disappointed face.

I chuckled and grabbed his face and planted a kiss on his forehead. His face was red and I was so happy. The waitress stood awkwardly before clearing her throat "so what would you like to order?".

Mori spoke up"I want black coffee and a muffin". Even though I love Mori I am not taking coffee."I will have a muffin and green tea".

She left to bring our orders and I turned to Mori "so why are you here and not at home?". He started rambling about how he was planning a birthday party for me and how soukoku had ruined everything.

The disrespect he received from everyone. At the end he said he felt he wasn't in control. He looked at me waiting for my reaction. "Mori you do know my birthday has passed".

Mori POV

His words caused a surge of emotions in me but the most strong one was sadness. Now I grabbed his face, he gave me a puzzled look. "Fuku I'm so sorry, you must be disappointed".

He gave me a knowing look."Mori". He grabbed my hand and kissed it. I blushed a little. "You don't have to apologize, I guess you have just been busy lately with work that you messed up your schedule".

I hummed in response. The waitress came back with our orders and hurriedly dropped our food on the table before rushing off. Me and fuku chuckled before having our food and updating each other about the latest in work.

I felt relaxed and happy talking to fuku. He looked just as happy to be able to final spend quality time with me.

We took our time going back to our house. We were holding hands as we strolled back home. When we got there I was surprised to find everything in order.

Everyone looked at us and shouted happy anniversary. "Hold up are you guys crazy. Our anniversary is months from now".

Koyou walked over to me and said "not your anniversary dimwit". "We are talking about the merging of the pm and the agency".
