The next morning I woke up and because it was way too hot for me in Monaco I walked in the kitchen wearing just my bra and slips

"Good Morning babe" I said smiling and I kissed his neck from the back

"Good morning" Lewis said a bit not caring

"Okay" I looked at the flowers "You bought me flowers?"

I grabbed them, a card

"You cheeky boy" I said laughing and I read the card "Your eyes are my paradise" my smile disappeared "N"

"That fucking N" Lewis said madly

"Who's him?" I asked sitting next to Lewis

"You tell me" Lewis answered looking at me "What the fuck it's going on?"

"Nothing!" I replied madly "I don't know who the fuck is sending that to me and you know that you are the person I love mostly"

I stood up

"Your breakfast" Lewis said and I giggled

"No" I walked in my room with the paintings and the air conditioning to keep drawing my painting

The door opened

"Babe" it was Lewis

"No" I replied keep drawing the mermaid I had on my mind

"You have eat breakfast" Lewis let the plate in the table I had for my foods and coffee

"Lewis leave" I said madly "go away"

"I'm sorry" Lewis said sighing "I love you so much that I lost my mind"

"I said something" I was really mad to hear him talking

"Good" Lewis walked away and I kept drawing

Lewis took Estrella and Roscoe for a walk and I stayed alone in the house

I decided go and take a juice for me, as I walked to the kitchen I felt a pain on my belly but I kept walking

I grabbed the bottle of juice and I walked back to the room to keep drawing

I felt something strange on my legs, I looked down, my waters broke

"Fuck" I sighed madly "I can end"

I kept drawing having pains on my belly and I was just trying to ignore them

Lewis came back home a few minutes later and he walked into the room

"What did you throw down in the floor?" Lewis asked laughing

"My waters broke" I replied keep drawing but with a pain on my voice

"What?" Lewis asked madly "we are leaving to the hospital!"

Lewis helped me stand up

"I want to take a shower" I said and Lewis nodded

We walked in the bathroom and he helped me take a shower and then change into shorts leggings and a T-Shirt

"Slippers?" Lewis asked giving me Hugo Boss slippers

"Yes" I said smiling and Lewis wore me the shoes

"Wait to take the suitcase" he winked at me and grabbed my suitcase "I called your mother and she'll be in the hospital"

Lewis and I walked downstairs to his car and he started driving us to the hospital

"I am so happy" Lewis touched my thigh "our first born"

"Yes" I said keep being mad at him

"Let's forget what happened for a while and then talk when you give birth to her" Lewis said and I nodded "you still hate me"

We were at the hospital a bit later and the doctor checked on me

"You are not giving birth until night, you'll stay here and I'll tell you when you'll watch your little girl" the doctor said smiling "I am leaving you"

The doctor walked away and we stayed alone

"Lewis you have to go to the embassy tomorrow and then to the palace for the birth certificate" I said and Lewis nodded

"Yes I'll need your Id" Lewis said smiling

"What happened with you two?" My mom asked "talk!"

"Someone is sending me flowers and they have a card with the name N and I don't know who the fuck is and Lewis is jealous" I said completely madly

"I told you I'm sorry" Lewis said a bit sad
