It was curfew, and the fire burned the color black. The gods missed Percy too. We burned the Poseidon shroud Annabeth worked her butt off of. The six told what they felt about Percy and his accomplishments. When Annabeth summarized what Percy had done for the world,

"He defeated a minotaur with bare hands and no experience, became part of a great prophecy, defeated Ares, retrieved the lighting bolt, went through the sea of monsters, got back the Golden Fleece, fought Atlas, held up the sky, defeated Iapetus, found a way through the Labyrinth, woke up Typhon, blew up The Princess Andromeda, had Achilles spot, defeated Hades, defeated Hyperion, led Greeks into war with Kronos, fought Kronos, defeated Kronos and Typhon with his plan and let to victory. He frees Thanatos with no memory, retrieves the golden eagle of the Twelfth Legion, saved both camps in battle, became a predator of New Rome, became part of a 2nd great prophecy, defeated Otis and Ephialtes with Jason, survived Tartarus, closed the doors of death, defeated Nike, and defeated Gaea"

Jason was impressed. This guy went through everything and saved the world 2 times. The six were shocked and impressed too.

"Even through all that, he had guilt and pain that weighed him all this time. The guilt of deaths & lost friends he couldnʻt protect."

Jason saw Nico look down and tears dripping down from his chin. He couldn't protect Percy for Nico.

Jason believed that Percy was the strongest demigod of all time.

We ate curfew in the low light, it was silent, and some crying on some tables. The Romans and Greeks mourned the Great Hero of Olympus together.

Percy, do you see this? Annabeth thought.

Annabeth looked around, she was sitting on the Poseidon table with Grover, Chiron didn't even bother, he was crying too.

"A-Annabeth, I canʻt sense him. The empathy link broke before he died, wh-why didnʻt I die?"

Annabeth couldn't say anything, Groverʻs fur was all ruffled and his eyes dull.

Jason was eating with his head down alone on the Zeus table, everyone else was sitting on their father's and mother's table. Wait, where's Nico? She looked around once again, the Hades table was empty.

He wouldn't miss this.

Annabeth thought. She quickly finished her curfew and headed toward the Apollo table.

"Will, where's Nico?"

Will turned to her, he had crying marks all over his face.

"His shadows traveled too much"

He pointed to the Apollo cabin. And quickly went back to eating, broken. Annabeth headed towards the Apollo Cabin. As soon as she opened the door Nico sitting up on the bed screamed

"Where is he?!"
