The first day of the long-awaited trip to Switzerland was marked by a heartwarming welcome. As she stepped out of the airport and into the Swiss summer, the warm breeze and the distant view of the Alps made her feel like she had entered a painting.
Sebastians wife, Hannah, greeted them at the airport with beaming smiles and open arms. The family bond was evident in the tight, joyous hug they shared. Sarah's niece, a nine-month-old bundle of delight, giggled in Hannah's arms, her bright eyes filled with curiosity. „Hannah, she's grown so much since the last time I saw her! She's such a little explorer."

"Oh, she's a bundle of energy, just like her Dad. We can't keep up with her sometimes." She laughed and greeted Sarah with a warm hug. „And because you couldn't get enough of fondue last time, I've prepared a special treat for you at home."
„No you didn't. You are the best,Hannah."
As soon as she heard about Hannahs Fondue she grabbed her suitcase from Sebs hand and yelled at him: „Come on, what are you waiting for? The fondue is waiting!"

The drive to Sebastian and Hannah's home was a scenic journey through the Swiss countryside. The rolling green meadows, dotted with grazing cows and punctuated by charming Swiss chalets, was a sight to behold. „I've always loved this part of Switzerland. It's like something out of a fairy tale."

"See," Hannah said with a warm smile. "That's why you should visit us more often, Sarah. We always have a place for you."

Sitting in the back seat, Sarah leaned forward between the front seats, her eyes twinkling. "Believe me, Hannah, if my life wasn't so stressful right now, I would have just moved in with you guys."

Sebastian couldn't help but interject, "Don't put any ideas into her head."

Hannah playfully swatted Sebastian on the shoulder. "Come on, don't be so mean."

Sarah laughed, her voice filled with affection. "It's okay, Hannah. He's the first one who will miss me, even if he won't admit it." She affectionately pinched Sebastian's cheek.

As they arrived at the cozy family home, nestled in the embrace of the Alps, Sarah felt an immediate sense of belonging. The rich aroma of Swiss fondue greeted her in the hallway of Sebs home. The dining room was set with a fondue pot, a basket of freshly baked bread, and a selection of local wines.

The evening continued and stories flowed freely. While Sebastian put the little one to sleep, Sarah and Hannah, who had developed a sisterly bond over the years, shared updates about their lives.
Sarah took a sip of her wine and began to share more about her new job in the world of Formula 1. "You know, Hannah, I was really nervous at the beginning to even accept that job, but the team has been more than incredible and the best part of course is to spend more time with Seb, especially during race weekends. It's amazing how it's brought us even closer."
Hannah nodded, her eyes showing genuine interest. "I can see how it's a fantastic experience, Sarah. You're right in the heart of the action."
Sarah's face lit up as she continued. "And it's not just Seb. I've also reconnected with Danny. I remember meeting him years ago through Seb, and now, it's like we're back to old times. He's still the same fun-loving guy."
Hannah chuckled, "Oh, I remember those days. Daniel's a character, for sure. It must be great to catch up with him again."
Sarah agreed, "Absolutely. And it's been fascinating to meet the new drivers in the paddock."
