Chapter 54 A Unique bond

{{At the Metkayina clan}} Kiri was sitting in the Mauri, She was looking at an old picture of her mother Grace, Julie had given her the picture of her when she was an Avatar. Jake came into Kiri's room to see the old picture of his old friends all in their respective Na'vi bodies,

” Julie said I could have it dad, She said she had no further use for it, I know that grace is my mother; I know she is with Eywa now. But I am glad that you and Neytiri are my parents." Kiri said smiling at her

The Sully siblings was outside Tuk swimming, Neteyam was looking at the beautiful Sky; But he was secretly thinking about Julie.

All of a sudden they heard a screech which caught both Neteyam, Lo'ak, and Tuk's attention. Neteyam: ” It's her, She is coming here it's Julie." Neteyam said he whispers the last bit of his sentence to himself,

{{Meanwhile With Julie}} Julie was flying towards the Metkayina clan on tornado, She was. Very close to the clan. Tornado suddenly jerks stopping his flight, Julie looks around in the sky looking for any possible soldiers or helicopters but she doesn't see anything.

A small whimper could be heard  from the seabed, Julie looks down to see a lone Illu who was stuck on a rock by a net that was wrapped around it's body Julie: “ We have to save that Illu, it's going to bleed out if we don't, Tornado you know what to do," Julie said to her Ikran.

Tornado Immediately bolted upwards among the cloudless sky, They stayed up in the cloudless sky for at least 10 seconds, Tornado bolted towards flying directly down to the seabed; Julie:“ Almost there Buddy, you just have to hang on just a little bit more.” Julie said patting at Tornado's neck,

At the last second Julie jumped off of Tornado's Back. Tornado flew upward before crashing into the seabed himself, Julie landed in the seabed. Julie came up seconds later,

She swam up to the surface and made her way to the rock that the Illu was at, She wiped her eyes of the extra water;  “ Damn that was one helluva of a deep drive." Julie said to herself,

Julie saw the Illu was thrashing and struggling to get free. Julie could tell that the Illu was shaken up, “ It's okay, it's alright I'm here to help you." Julie said to the Illu, The Illu looks up at Julie with uneasiness at first;

“ It's okay easy now, it's alright I'm not going to hurt you I promise; I'm going to help you get free from this net.”julie said to the Illu,

The Illu slowly became less agitated and less scared of Julie; Julie slowly got down on one knee and she looked over the net seeing that there were a few tears in the net already.

“ Okay time to get to work," Julie said to herself, Julie took out her Na'vi knife. She showed the knife to The Illu;  “ I'm going to free you with this, do you trust me?" Julie asked the Illu,

The Illu let out a small whimper and moves its head towards Julie, Its tongue gently licks at Julie's right hand. Clearly meaning that it did trust Julie,

Julie slowly moved closer to the net, She gripped her Na'vi knife She started to cut the net with care not wanting to cut or hurt the Trapped Illu.

Julie kept cutting The next rope  until the Illu could move its fins a large wave immediately crashed into the Illu as well as Julie, Julie fell into the water  back first.

Julie remained calm, She swam up to the surface, The Illu let out a fearful Whimper due to not seeing Julie. Finally Julie came to the rock, Julie immediately Came up to the same Illu;

Julie:“ It's okay, it's okay I'm here I'll get you free.” Julie reassured Illu, The Illu pressed her head against Julie's face.

Suddenly there was a screech coming from above them, Julie looks up at The sky  She saw Lo'ak, Jake, and Neytiri who were on their Ikrans.
