Still with Elrond.

After Aragon's return I waited for news from Lindir if the elf by the name of Meena could be found,I just hope she hasn't got out of Rivendell. If she has there goes our lead of finding Y/n, whilst I waited for word to be brought to me I once again studied the map of Rivendell. I tried to think of the best places someone would go to blend in, though without knowing how they got in and out I'm not sure where to start. I sighed and turned my gaze to a different map.

It was of Laatharion,the one that Y/n and I had been working with before she was taken. I've got the feeling that somehow Y/n's past will come into play soon,and don't think it will be a good thing. I try to keep my thoughts from turning bad,but I couldn't help it. If someone has taken Y/n back to Laathrion it can't be for anything good. I stood up and retrieved the drawing of Laathrion Y/n had done from memory,if I had to go there I need to know the lay of the land first.

As I am comparing the drawing to the map,there is a knock on the door followed by it opening
"Father we have good news" Arwen's voice said
"You found Meena?" I asked looking up from what I am doing
"Indeed" Arwen said,a second later Lindir and Aragron join us with a tall red haired she elf,who must be Meena"She was found in the plants outside,she looked to be about to leave as she has her belongings with her"

"So what if I am,you can't stop me" Meena said
"Actually I can" I said, crossing the room to them" You have valuable information"
"I don't know anything my lord" Meena said
"You don't even know what I wish to know yet"I said" You have a friend by the name of Meadow do you not?"
"Well we haven't spoken in years" Meena said
"That isn't true you have been in contact with her recently"Aragorn said.

"She did write to me recently" Meena said
"And she asked you what?" Arwen asked,Meena hesitated but then said
"Meadow said that some guy she is working for ,wants to get ahold of someone inside Rivendell"
"Y/n L/n" I said
"I believe that was the name yes" Meena agreed "But Meadow said she was of no importance"
"She is of great importance to me" I said
"I didn't know my lord,if I did...I guess I still would have done it...I needed the money" Meena said.

"So you turn to ading people with kidnapping?" Lindir said
"It's not like that..."Meena protested
"I don't care about that" I said " Did Meadow say where the people would be taking Y/n?" I asked
"She mentioned something to do with the woman's past,but that's all" Meena said,that gives me just about all the proof I need
"Which direction did they go?" I asked
"They went far to the east,they said they would take the longer route to home"Meena said.

"Gandalf went east" Lindir said
"Then that is where I must also go" I said heading for the door. The people had taken Y/n went far to the east to then head to Laathrion,then I just have to hope I can find Gandalf and we can head to Laatharion.
"Father wait,where are you going?" Arwen asked catching up to me
"East to find Gandalf and then onto Laatharion" I said
"Laatharion,where is that?" Arwen asked
"North east of here some distance,it is where Y/n is originally from" I said"When Meadow came here someone from Laathrion must have sent her to find Y/n,and she must have learnt some how that she was in fact here"

"Do you think Meena has more to do with this?" Arwen asked as we headed outside
"It is possible,but for now I must hurry to try and find Gandalf" I said heading for the stables " Make sure Meena doesn't leave Rivendell,she might be needed again"
"Of course father" Arwen said"Please be careful out there"
