Sunday mornings are meant to be lazy..at least this is what taehyung believes in.. That's why he switched off the ringing alarm and made himself comfortable under the duvet..this day is going to be a relaxing one he thought to himself as his father and sister has gone to visit a relative's house and he is alone at home with all the peace he want.. He was about to enter his dream land when his phone started to ring loudly and the contact name showed..
*Yoongi hyung*
He received the call still feeling sleepy.. "Hello hyung.. Is everything okay? You never call at this early hours"
" Tae.. I am so sorry i didn't intent to disturb your sleep but i need your help and only you can help me" yoongi said desperately
Taehyung got up from his bed as he got tensed bcoz he never heard yoongi so desperate "Hyung what happened are you okay? Is jimin okay? Tell me"
"Calm down tae we are alright actually i need you to check on jungkook he is not picking my calls from yesterday night and i am stuck at court and jimin is out of the town.. Please check on him i am so worried about that boy.. He never listens to me..i am worried he would again hurt himself"
Taehyung felt devastated by hearing that jungkook had tried to hurt himself previously.. He himself was so scared bcoz the last time he saw him crying he looked so fragile and hurt.. " Hyung.. Don't worry i am going to his flat i will let you know and please stop panicking he will be alright i assure you that".. - he assured his hyung even though his heart is beating at high rate
Taehyung ran to jungkook's flat and to his surprise his flat was unlocked he pushed the door slightly and entered inside.. He called his name but no one answered..the silence was scaring him..He let a sigh of relief when he saw jungkook sleeping peacefully in his room "Hyung he is sleeping in his room and his phone is on silent mode that's why he didn't pick your calls"
"Thank you so much tae..do you mind if i ask for another favour tae.. Can you please be with him.. As a friend.. Just don't leave him alone" " You can ask me for anything hyung i'll never let you down..i love you as much as i love jimin and maybe more..dont tell him that i said this" And both of them started laughing
"I'll make sure he dont feel alone anymore dont worry hyung.. He is now under the friendship of Kim Taehyung"... Yoongi cut the call and resumed his work after being assured by taehyung
Now taehyung is wondering what must have happened with the boy in the past that lead him to the extent of harming himself.. What he must have gone through that made him built this walls of false facade around himself hiding his true fragile self.. Taehyung decided that he will try to do everything possible to make him felt happy.. The happiness that he once stopped searching for.
Taehyung was lost in his thoughts when he heard some stirring sound beside him.. Jungkook was rubbing his eyes like a lost child and as he saw taehyung sitting infront of him he thought that he must be dreaming..poor boy again rubbed his eyes to make sure that he is not hallucinating.. He slowly lifted his hand towards taehyung and poked his cheeks... "Oh he is real.. I'am not hallucinating" " Wait.. What! He is real" - jungkook jumped from his bed holding his blanket close to him Taehyung was a laughing mess.. He decided to mess with the sleeping boy and he succeeded.. "hahahahaa.. Jungkook look at your face..it seems like you saw some ghost" Taehyung was laughing so much with his boxy smile on display and indeed it was a great morning for jungkook
"But what are you doing here?.. I mean i didn't expected you to be here at the morning" - jungkook asked with his big doe eyes Cute -taehyung thought.. "Oh well bcoz you are now under my friendship and i don't leave my friends alone.. I annoy them a lot and i will annoy you today"- taehyung said with a big boxy smile "Oh and also bcoz yoongi hyung was so worried about you and you were not picking his calls"... "He'll not kill me right i don't know when i slept and my phone"..."Dont worry i have already informed him that you are safe and told him to not get worried.. But i cant assure that he'll kill you or not"
Jungkook was drying his hair after taking a shower and he saw taehyung preparing breakfast in the kitchen and he swear that he still feel like he is hallucinating bcoz he can't believe what is happening with him since the morning but he knows that his hyung might have got worried and ask taehyung to be with him.. He can't sit there and watch him cook alone so he goes to help him.
Taehyung has already prepared everything so he insisted to plate the meals for them.. Taehyung has prepared buttered toast, omelette, some fruits and banana milk for jungkook and strawberry milk for himself..They were eating together but there was a sort of awkward silence between them so jungkook decided to break it.
"Tae.. You are here with me since the morning.. Thank you so much for being with me..my life seems little less dark with you..but i don't want you to get in trouble bcoz of me.. Your appa will scold you if he'll see you with me"... "Ahhh.. Don't worry about it.. Appa and Mina are out of town they will come back tomorrow" "Are you not enjoying my company jungkook?".. Taehyung asked with a sad expression.... "Oh no no..i didn't meant it like that..you can be here as long as you want..i can never not enjoy your company tae and you can annoy me as much you want" - jungkook said panicking as he can't see the person in front of him to be sad.
Taehyung smiled hearing his words.. No one ever said these to him apart form his best friend and his hyung.. Everyone always reminded him of how annoying he is just bcoz he over cares and he over love..he always felt unwanted among his friends and his love and care always felt one-sided but with jungkook he never felt this way..He know that jungkook has some past that still hurts him but he will never force him to reveal it..whenever he will feel comfortable and safe to tell him he will accept it with whole heart..Maybe they don't know each other so well but he have treated him better than those people who know him very well.
"You said that your world feel a little less dark with me i think i can say this for you also jungkook..you make my world happy too" -Taehyung said smiling at him... Jungkook can't believe what he heard just now.. He had always blamed himself for bad things but today he decided that he'll do anything to see this beautiful smile on his face.
Breakfast was done and now they are sitting on sofa deciding what to do for the rest of day.. Jungkook said that he will be okay with whatever tae decide as long as he will be able to be with him.
"Okay so it is decided.. I'll take you to my favourite place where i go everytime.. That place is my comfort place.. Whether i am happy or sad that place feels close to home..i wish you will feel the same too jungkook"
"Home is where you are Tae" -Jungkook thought
Jungkook nodded happily..he has find his peace among the chaos and he will do everything possible to make sure that taehyung is happy..he don't know what to name his emotions whatever he feels for the boy.. He doesn't want to.. After so much time he found a reason to live to be a better person to not give up to his negative thoughts..from the first sight he has found the boy beautiful not only from outside but his heart too.. The heart that cares for everyone even the ones that hurt him.. And he will always protect him with everything he have.
