One morning, I was watching Blues Clues in the break room hearing the doors and lockers slam back to back. First came Edge.

He gasped, "Shut it! You're watching Blues Clues without me? NOT FAIR! Hmmmmm," he said with a peachy smile at the end.

He dropped his gear back and began to approach me.

ME: *flinches*

EDGE: Oh no now!.....dontchu start....*sticks his hand out*.....Come here my stinky sweet
lovely girl.

I struck my arms out for him to get me.

EDGE: *wipes the muffin crumbs off my cheeks*......I got a tangerine for my tangerine.

He went in his jacket pocket and pulled out a tangerine.

ME: Tan- Ween TAN WEEN!

EDGE: Yeah!!! Tangerine..... *snickers*...Good Job...Let's get Christian to peel it....cause he got them acrylic nails....

Edge was WWE's R-rated Superstar, however he was like my guardian angel outside of the ring. He wasn't a father back then, but his mannerisms, deeds, and doings spoke what a true father does. A father figure that everyone needed in their life. He was gentle with me, he taught me how to spell, speak in complete sentences, how to be respectful etc. He would brag and say that his smiles were glamorous, his laughs were contagious, and his hugs were gracious. Not one lie told.

Sometimes I thought he had more hair than anybody else in the world

Sometimes I thought he had more hair than anybody else in the world. I would hide my hands in it, and tangle that bitch up too.

Whenever his best friend Christian would come and see me, I would get tensed up contemplating if I should jump out of the couch or not. I used to think they were brothers at the time because to me, they looked alike, and they were ALWAYS together.
