Surprisingly, for Robyn, that particular Friday required less energy. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, well not at school. It was just 6hrs of 8 periods of class and 2 breaks. They didn't get any homework because they we're done with the terms syllabus but their maths teacher decided to start briefly on thier next terms work and after that Robyn and Michelle decided they aren't going to suffer the same work twice, after all they would go over it again in the nect term because no one really goes to school in the last few days of school and this term that included Michelle and Robyn.

Robyn was really grateful for the afternoon of no homework and even though it was her final high school and she was supposed to be studying all day, everyday, she decided to go straight home from school and take a nap, after all its not everyday that she gets to rest like that.

When she got home she unlocked the front door as she started to feel an impatience to rest, then she got in the door, she knew she wasn't going to be awake for much longer so she locked the door again, she opened a few windows as made her way to her room where she put her bag on the floor, took off her blazer and placed it on a hanger and in its rightful place, took her school shoes off and made a dive for her bed. Before she could fall asleep she realised how quiet it was that afternoon and it was unusual for her because usually the afternoon filled her ears with the voices of her best friend, her boyfriend and her boyfriend's best friend. Well basically her whole day was filled with mainly those 3 voices. Then she realised something else- she was hungry, she wanted to get up and go to the kitchen to make herself something to eat but her eyes were closed, her body was resting and her mind wasn't going to allow her to move a single muscle, so she just lay there ad her mind started to wonder off . First she wondered why she wasn't sleeping already, then she wondered what she would dream about, that's if she dreamt, and if she didn't dream, what would be the reason behind that. Her mind was on steroids before she actually fell asleep, but eventually she did. She didn't bother checking her phone which was still on silence because at that moment she was working on a "don't call me, I'll call you" basis.

Her sleep was so peaceful, she didn't dream of anything neither did she wonder why. Her phone wasn't beeping. Kevin wasn't always calling, she didn't have anything to study, nothing to eat, nothing to distract her and not a single ex that she secretly cared about to think about. It was as if she was in a space of nothingness. Nothing happened there and it was completely peaceful

If it was totally up to her body and mind, Robyn would be sleeping until the next morning but her stomach was in charge at that moment. After an hour or two she woke up with nothing but the need for food. Her hair was a mess but that didn't matter, well not at that moment. She took off her uniform and chucked it into the laundry basket then she put on a pair of shorts, a white t-shirt and black pumps. As she made her way to the kitchen she grabbed her phone without checking it and slid it into the back pocket of her short then she dragged her tiny self down the stairs as she noticed that it was still very quiet around her. When she got to the kitchen she couldn't decide what to make but she definitely wanted a glass of coke. So she grabbed a glass from its place in one of the cupboards, then she rinsed it by the sink and placed it on the counter after wiping the outside of it with a dry cloth. She went to the fridge, which was just 3 and a half steps from the counter and got the 2 litre bottle of coke out then she went back to where the glass was and poured the coke into it, almost filling it to its brim. She also popped in 3 ice cubes into the glass of coke which made the acidic drink spill over a little. After putting the ice tray back in the freezer she finally closed both the doors of the fridge. She liked looking at her reflection from the fridge doors, after all they were covered in a mirror finish. But that's when she saw her hair looked like a terrible mess but she still didn't fix it, she just turned to the pantry, opened its door to ponder some more.

The decision on what to eat seemed to take forever, she went from just wanting peanut butter on bread to being tempted to make bacon and eggs until finally she decided to fill a snack tray with all kinds of sweets, chips and biscuits that were available.

In a few minutes she was finished in the kitchen. She put everything neatly in its place and headed to the living room with her "food". She snacked on the junk food while continuously flipping through the channels. This went on for more than an hour and eventually all the snacks were finished and she stood up to put the almost empty snack tray by the sink and she downed her coke finished before also putting it in the sink.

Robyn decided to check her phone as she decided to close a window or two and open the door. She had 6 missed calls from Michelle from over an hour ago. She checked the time and it was 17:37. She started to doubt that her nap took just an hour or two after all she didn't even check the time when she got home neither did she check it before she slept.

As she unlocked the door, she dialed Michelle's number and pressed the call button.

"Hey sorry I didn't answer your phone call. I was sleeping. Wassup?" Robyn started quickly

"I could've been on fire, you know?!" Michelle started dramatically "anyhow... I just wanted to chill, but it's kinda late now... I'll pop by tomorrow rather. "

"Uhmm.... well I kinda promised Kevin we'd chill tomorrow. "

"Oh wow! So yall fixed things? "

"no not really. He says he wants to fix things."

"And you don't? "

"Obviously I do."

"Good."

"Yeah whatever ... "

"And Jared?"

"What about him?"

"You are going to tell Kevin that he called you right? "

"Uhm... I don't know. It's not really that important, you know."

"Robyn you can't keep this from him."

"I'm not keeping it from him. I'm just not going to tell him. Well not right now."

"Okay whatever. Just don't say I never told you so."

"Told me what?"

"That this is going to back fire."

"Oh yeah. I won't. "

"Okay cool well I gotta go now. Mom just walked."

"Alright. Chat later" Robyn had the last word before she hung up. Then seconds later she realised that she just had a mini argument with her best friend. Michelle really sounded disturbed by the fact that Robyn had no intention to tell Kevin about call from Jared ... or was it the call to Jared?

Oh well after that her night went quite normal. Her mom got back from work, Robyn cooked again, the dishes got washed, they watched a bit of TV while chatting about how their day went, her mom went to sleep early and Robyn stayed up until 01:05 and in between that she was texting, changing statuses and watching movies and series.

She was mostly texting Kevin. She couldn't wait for the next day, even though she was still mad at him, she wanted to see him so badly... she was excited...and that excited him.. He was happy to see her happy once again but he knew she wasn't going to stop being mad anytime soon.
