"I can't believe they paired us up together.." you scoffed
"What. You think I wanna be stuck alone in the the woods with you?" He shot back
You rolled your eyes
"I'd rather be stuck in the woods with an enemy." You tell him
He smiled a bit under his mask
"I hate liars you know." He tells you

You ignored him and continued on walking infront of him 
He watched your body sway through the trees and your little jumps over the vines that played across the floor.

You two and were on the way back to camp.
König and you were sent out to look for ghost and gaz who had left a couple hours prior to find some wood.
"I don't understand what's so wrong about this wood." You tell him  as you looked at the tall trees in the literal forest.

"Pine wood takes longer to burn..they need to find oak." König said
"You sure?" You asked him
He shrugged "I seen it on YouTube once." He said
You laughed quietly to yourself
"Where do you think they've gone?" You asked him

This time he started to walk infront of you but that only lasted for a second
"You need to be in front." He states.
"Why?"
"I can't see you. Now go." He said sternly

Without protesting you walked passed him and kept on the walk.
"Can we take a break real quick?" You tell him
"My feet hurt." You say
He groaned and nodded
"For 2 minutes. I'm counting." He said

At a minute you both stood still hearing a crackle of branches and leaves.
"What was that?" You tell him
"How am I supposed to know Im here with you." You said
You heard it again closer
You were somewhat farther from König
"Y/n..come here." He said quietly

You sped walked and went closer to him
You heard another crack before hearing an owl hoo
You grew anxious and got closer and closer to the much larger man who stood unbothered and unfazed.
"König.." you mumbled as your hands reached around to hold onto him

He smiled a bit
The leaves crunched more and more before stopping immediately
"Eh..okay let's go." He tells you

You turned to face him
"What?! What if there's an animal out there?" You say
He rolled his eyes
As you two argued back and forth for a bit something tapped you which made you jump into König and hold onto him
"Oh my god what is that!" You yell as your legs wrapped around him

"It's me." Gaz said laughing a bit
Ghost was beside him as they held wood logs
"The wood must have tapped you" ghost said

König kept you close to him
"Cmon let's go it's getting colder." ghost said, leading the way and gaz behind him.

"I can hold you if you want.." König mumbled
You grew a bit embarrassed but nodded only because  your feet did hurt a lot. That was the only reason
He rubbed your back gently as you snuggled into him and eventually sleeping.

You soft snores and hums made his heart melt a bit
He grew sad after because he knew this would most likely never happen again.

You said multiple times you never liked him... he'd hear you tell the guys that when they asked.
The more and more he thought about that, the more and more he wanted to cry.
Why didn't you see him the way he seen you?

Why was he left out of everything. It felt as if König was used to move things and do boring work.
He never was invited or involved in any get together.
What was wrong?

He seen the camp and tapped you before
Putting you down.
You rubbed your eyes a bit "what's wrong?" You asked
"Nothing the camps here." He said and started to walk
You walked beside him
"You could have took him to my tent.." you said playfully

He ignored it "anyways I'm going to bed. Get rest and don't have the guys wait up on me I don't wanna burden." He said

"Köni-" he walked away from you as you stood still watching him head into his tent.
You looked over to see him alone and in bed while the guys on the other side where having a beer and laughing

The next day went by and you got out of your tent.
"We have to move now, a day of walking and we should be by the cabin. It's where the box is stored." Price said
The men had gathered their things
"Ready?" They asked

You turned to König tent
"What about him?" You asked
"Eh...there are things here he needs to pick up. Then he can come." Ghost said

Price sighed a bit before turning and walking into the woods
"You coming?" Soap said
Keegan and roach looked at you
As the other men had walked in the woods
"Uhm I'll stay with him"
Roach smiled a bit and nod
"You two be safe."

An hour or two later König had got up.
He looked around the see most things gone
"They left" you tell him
"I know. I'm not blind." He said

He got out and started to take his tent down
"Why are you here anyways." He said
You shrugged felt bad
He rolled his eyes
"Don't pity me." He tells you

You looked at him surprised at his attitude change
"What's wrong now." You asked
He ignored you and started to out things in his already heavy bag

"Here let me help.." you said walking to him
You pushed you away and shoved things in
"König stop you're gonna break it." You tell him and grab his hand
He stared at you only his baclava was on, the man looked so hurt, drained and tired.
"Look at this."

He laughed a bit as his eyes got teary
"Everyday, every single day I'm tasked with this.
Picking up shit that's not even mine. Having to hold heavy things. Y/n...my back hurts..I can't do it" he said

Tears fell down wetting his mask
"I-let it go...just rest" you tell him
"I can't. I need to bring this." He said
He picked up the huge back you seen him squint his eyes shut
"König stop. Put it down." You tell him

He let the bag fall and looked at you
You got on your tip toes and wiped his eyes
Here we can just sit and relax for a bit
He stared at you
"Why are you here." He asked again
"....i didn't wanna leave you." You said truthfully
"But why." He asked hoping you'd give him the answer he wants
"Because you're my friend. I can't leave anyone behind."

His smile dropped a bit as he looked ahead
"Oh..that's right."
