ONE EARLY MORNING, DRAKON had woke Orphée up and led her to the surprisingly awake village. Most that were awake were men, Drakon left Orphée in a bakery for a short period of time to roam around. When a man insulted him after jumping into him and poking at his sword. The man had been walking out of the small brothel, fixing his trousers.
Drakon ignored the man irritatedly and got Orphée. He told Orphée of the incident and pointed at the man who hadn't gone too far, simply standing on the corner of a tavern.
Orphée ran up to the man unexpectedly and immediately forced herself to begin sobbing, tugging at the bottom of his shirt. "Help me! You must help me, sir! Please?" Orphée cried, her lip quivering as a tear dripped down her face.
The man clearly found the little girl attractive, smiling and wiping her tear with his unwashed hand. "Now, now. Little sheep, don't cry. I'll help you." He promised, his yellow, crooked teeth making an appearance. He followed her to Drakon and scowled upon seeing his smirking face, his hands neatly behind his back. "Is this urchin bothering you?" The man asked her, glaring at Drakon.
Orphée wiped her tears and moved to stand by Drakon, "No." she shrugged, smiling. "He and I are to be married."
"Why you little fucking—..." He cut himself off, "You're Orphée Stark, one of the only living Starks. Wait till the men hear about this." He began to walk away but was pulled backward by Drakon, his hand in his hair, tugging. "Let go!" He grunted.
"Okay." Drakon shrugged, pushing the man into Thanatos' shit. The man groaned and began to stand up, but Orphée clicked her tongue twice and Thanatos pounced, growling and going for the man's neck. This immediately killed him, leaving no time for screams of pain.
They quickly left the village and safely made it back to their rooms, none of them gaining any sleep.
Later in the day, Ramsay followed Orphée out into the woods, "I saw you." Ramsay smiled, coming up from behind young Orphée. Any other person would have begun running if they were alone with an armed Ramsay Bolton in the woods, a bow & arrow pointed at them.
But Orphée laughed, "Really?" Ramsay smirked and pulled the arrow back even more. "Must have been someone else." She sighed with a sweet, convincing smile. Almost tricking Ramsay.
"Oh?" Ramsay hummed as Orphée slowly began walking up to him with the same unthreatening smile. She leaned in, brushing her lips against Ramsay's neck before bringing her teeth to his skin and biting down. She drew blood, a lot of blood. Ramsay pulled away in shock and stared at her. He watched as she licked the blood off of her lips and walked back to Sansa who had been watching the whole thing. Theon watched silently and wanted to smile, but he just couldn't.
—Drakon and Orphée were now married and had their bedding ceremony. After being requested by Drakon, Roose announced that no one would be watching it. Ramsay was even angrier when he heard this news. Soon, Orphée knew she was with child. And even though she was young, she was confident that she could do good with raising her child. She vowed to Drakon that she would not neglect their child like Ned had done to her for the most part.
The maester had told Roose that Orphée was pregnant and then everyone knew. Sansa was overjoyed, despite her soon fate to Ramsay, she was happy that Orphée was able to marry who she wanted. She knew Orphée had always wanted a child, so, she congratulated and celebrated with her.
"I know it mustn't help but...you look extravagant in your white wedding dress, Sansa." Orphée apologetically complimented her sister.
"It doesn't but...thank you."
Once Reek entered, Orphée said goodbye to Sansa and brushed past Reek without even looking at him. She hurried to her seat beside her husband, Drakon placing his warm hand on her stomach protectively as Sansa came down the snowy isle.
"Who comes before the old gods this night?"
"Sansa of the House Stark comes here to be wed." Reek answered.
"A woman grown, true born and noble."
"She comes to beg the blessings of the gods. Who comes to claim her?" He asked.
Ramsay stepped forward, "Ramsay of House Bolton. Heir to the Dreadfort and Winterfell. Who gives her?" This was a test, Ramsay barely smiling as he looked over to Reek.
"Theon of House Greyjoy, who was— who was her father's ward."
"Lady Sansa, will you take this man?"
Sansa hesitated but knew what she had to do. Stepping forward, she answered, "I take this man." Ramsay smiled widely, tilting his head down.
Drakon and Orphée spent their whole night speaking of Sansa and Ramsay. Orphée was worrying too much for Drakon's liking, he did not want her worrying and definitely did not want his baby to be harmed in the midst.
—
"You're telling me that you're going along to see Jon Snow? That bastard?" Orphée fought back tears.
"I do not see why you must hate him so much. I've grown to accept him, you should too. He doesn't hate you, he will protect us. Come with me. You'll be safe, and so will your baby!" Sansa begged, grabbing her younger sister's hands.
"Drakon and I have duties. Places to be. I thought we were sisters, but now you're betraying me to go and stay with the bastard who hasn't helped you at all in these past years." Orphée frowned, ripping her hands away from Sansa, her face showing complete distraught.
"Where will you go?" Sansa cried.
"Anywhere but with Jon Snow. For all we know, he could be dead. And you'll be out of luck." And he was dead, but not for long. Orphée wasted no time leaving with her husband, child, and dire wolf.
Orphée felt like everyone in her life betrayed her, she only hoped that Drakon would never do that to her. But luckily for her, he hadn't even wasted a thought on such nonsense. The only problem with Orphée not returning to Jon Snow, was that it was a clear 'fuck you' to him. Arya wouldn't take it lightly if she ever arrived in the North, as she was very easily offended if her family was disrespected, even in the slightest.
What would it all lead to? Orphée was now the most recent lone wolf of the pack, would she die? Or would she thrive and find a new pack?
