Chapter 5

~~~The next morning at Muppet Babies Daycare~~~

Everyone was having snack time on the picnic table in the backyard and suddenly there was a knock on the gate.

Miss Nanny walked to it and she opened it. It was Bob, Lucy, Linda, Nicole, and CJ.

"Hi. Is everything ok?" Miss Nanny asked as she saw Bob, feeling worried.

"Have you seen my pups?" he asked.

"No. I thought they're coming over later today." Miss Nanny answered as she was wondering.

"Can we talk more inside?" Lucy asked.

"Of course." Miss Nanny answered.

Linda unattached the pups' collars from the leash. "I hope you have fun, pups." she said to them and she started to follow her mom, Bob, and Miss Nanny.

Nicole and CJ started to walk to the window to hear more of the conversation.

"I just don't know what to do. I really miss my pups a lot. It's not like them to run away like that." Bob said as he was sitting on the couch, still feeling worried.

"Oh Bob. I'm sure they didn't run away on purpose." Miss Nanny said as she was trying to cheer him up.

"Don't worry, we're gonna help you find them." Lucy said. "I'll call Pip and Freddy if they can look after the kids." Miss Nanny said.

Nicole and CJ walked back to the others.

"Is everything ok?" Gonzo asked.

"(sighs) No. The Mission Pups are still missing." Nicole answered.

"Bob came to our house earlier and he was so upset." CJ joined in.

"Have you still tried to call them?" Fozzie asked.

"We tried and no one answered, so we called their sister, Hissy and she tried to call them, and they didn't answered either." Nicole answered.

"Poor Bob. I feel so bad for him." Summer said.

"Moi can't stand seeing them so worried." Piggy said.

"We've got to do something." Animal said.

"Come on. We're going to the treehouse for an Emergency Meeting." Kermit said as everyone started to walk to the treehouse and the climbed the ladder and they made it in.

"Nicole, will you please call Pip and Freddy?" Kermit asked.

"On it." Nicole answered and she pressed her Mission Collar. "Pip? Freddy? Can you hear me?" she asked and Pip, Freddy, Carson, and KC popped up on screen.

"Hey everyone." Pip said.

"Have you seen Bingo or his siblings or their niece at all today?" CJ asked.

"No. Still no updates." Carson answered.

"Is everything ok?" Freddy asked.
