Celestia entered the console room, feeling as though she did not get enough sleep, but she couldn't complain. She was plagued with memories of the infected woman that Cassandra had accidently given her, which made it hard for her to fully rest but her dreams were slowly getting better. It helped a lot that she had the Doctor right next to her to calm her down and to talk to her whenever the dreams got too much but it still didn't stop the memories from haunting her and from triggering painful memories of the past from appearing too. Memories of her days in the palace, the harsh treatment she suffered, everything bad that had happened to her followed her thoughts and mind. She wondered if there was even anything good and happy that happened in her childhood, now that she thought about it, she couldn't even remember her time in the orphanage, not a single memory; must have not been that great.
"What do you think of this? Will it do?" Rose asked Celestia and the Doctor, worried that she was a bit too underdressed in her dungarees compared to Celestia, who was in a beautiful white and gray pleated dress that suited her nicely. Rose looked like a child compared to Celestia.
The star reader snapped to attention, giving Rose a nod of approvement.
"In the late 1970s? You'd be better off in a bin bag." The Doctor told her before wincing visibly. Celestia had stepped on the Doctor's foot before stepping closer to the younger blonde with a happy smile on her face.
"I quite like the look, very nice." Celestia told Rose, who gave her an appreciative smile. "At least someone tries to change it up a bit." She commented, shooting the Doctor a playful glare. "Would it kill you to dress up and change?" she asked him sarcastically. "You did it once before!" she reminded him.
"Yes, it would." The Doctor answered her question, quickly moved over to the consol. "Hold on, listen to this." He said, putting a CD into the cd player that the Tardis had. "Ian Dury and the Blockheads. Number One in 1979." he said, bopping his head to the music.
"You're a punk." Rose said with a laugh as she and Celestia watched the Doctor sing and dance for them as he went around the console.
"It's good to be a lunatic." He sang before grabbing Celestia, who couldn't help but laugh at him, and twirled her around and back into his arms.
"That's what you are. A big old punk with a bit of rockabillly thrown in." Celestia teased him as he dipped her. The Doctor winked at her before bringing her back up and pulling a lever down.
"Would you like to see him?" the Doctor asked her and Rose as he spun Celestia around as well as pressing a few buttons, continuing their dance as he piloted.
"How'd you mean? In concert?" Rose questioned him as she smiled and watched the couple.
"What else is a Tardis for? I can take you to the Battle of Trafalgar, the first anti-gravity Olympics, Caesar crossing the Rubicon or Ian Dury at the Top Rank, Sheffield, England, Earth, 21st November, 1979. What do you think?" the Doctor asked them as he let Celestia go so that he could properly pilot the Tardis. Celestia gravitated over to Rose, smiling to her once she got to her side.
Rose and Celestia looked at each other and began whispering, trying to decide where to go. After a few minutes of deciding, Celestia and Rose pulled back and turned to face the Doctor. "Sheffield it is." Rose told the Doctor with her arms crossed, as Celestia clapped excitedly.
"Hold on tight." The Doctor told them before he goes back to piloting the Tardis, using the rhythm of the song to help him have fun as he piloted. The Tardis began to shake, causing the blondes to tumble around, failing to hold on for dear life.
"Stop!" Rose shouted as they came to a sudden stop and were thrown to the floor. They laughed at the suddenness and stayed on the floor for a moment, just enjoying how happy and peaceful it was with the three of them being together, like a founded family.
