I'm sitting in maths, I'm still freaked out about the dream shit

I didn't know what my teacher was saying

Someone throws a paper at my head

I turn around to see an alina and another girl snickering

"What does that say." Robin whispers with a solicitous look

"Nothing." I stuff the paper in my pocket

Robin turns around and gives them a warning and they shut their giggley asses up, as they should

"Mr arellano, turn around, that's a detention with me after lesson!" Mr brandy yells

"Do you want another?!"

"Robin, stay here." Mr brandy calls when everyone leaves except me and robin
"Y/n, you can leave." He tells me

"No, I wanna stay here with robin, I need to walk home with someone."

"Whatever, y/n go get me a coffee from the teachers room." He ordered

I nod and get it for him

When I enter the classroom again Mr brandy is asleep and robin writing something

Robin looks up from the page and stands up, trying to make as little sound as possible so sir doesn't wake up

"Let's get out of here." He whispers in my ear

When we get far enough we stop running and we start laughing

"What an idiot!" Robins laughs

"Thank god, I thought we would have to wait an hour, I think vance would kill me!"

We make our way to the grab n go

"Hey vancey, what's up?"

"The sky, you guys ok?" Vance asks my leaning on the pinball machine drinking a coke

"Yeah we're good, where's bruce?" Robin responds

"Uh, he's out with some friends, something like that." Vance says as a woman comes up to him

"Hey could you help me with something?" She flutters her eyelids and curls her hair around her finger

"I Uh, yeah, what do you need?"

"What's the price of this, and what's your number?"

"That's 15 cents and I'm flattered but I have a girlfriend."

I laugh and the girl gives me a dirty look

"And I have a boyfriend, they don't need to know." She winks at vance

Me and robin laugh

"Sorry, who are you?" She scoffs rudely

"I'm his sister,  and I think what he's trying to say is that your not his type." I laugh again

She shuts up and leaves

"Well she just got humbled," Vance laughs
"I need to get back to work now. Where ya headed?"

"We're going to mine for a bit, if that's ok with you." Robin answered his question

"Yeah, sure, be back by 7 y/n." He demands me, and I nod

"Bye bugface, see ya." I wave, and we leave

We were cuddling in Robins bed, and he was playing with my hair

"Baby?" He asks me

"Yes."

"What did that note say earlier?"
I hand him the note, and his eyes go wide
"Alina wrote this?" He sounded angry
I nod
"God, I'll kill her tomorrow!"

"It doesn't matter." I mumble

"Yes, it does. You're my girlfriend, and if someone is mean to you, I'll tell e'm off!"
My brain goes back to the thought of Jacob being dead, which brings me to tears
"Hey, what's wrong, mi amour?"

"Jacob, he's dead."

There is no more pretending that he isn't
