His soul flowed through the emptiness of time, looking for something to take. The stars looked down at him as he passed, watching his progress. His family was destroyed by the hands of the Gods, but they were long dead. It didn't matter. He needed to find another target. The planets seemed to sense his presence, sensing that something was about to come. A wave of destruction was about to flow through their starry sky, something that would tear them apart. Something that would destroy them. While he couldn't see this target, he could feel a relation. They had been trapped, their desire was to escape their tomb. They would make a move soon, and it would lead him to his prey. He would do his job, no matter what the cost.

Lana's soul wandered through the forest, looking for her brother. She needed to see him one last time, to say goodbye. He had been there for her, now she needed to do the same for him. As she walked through the forest, she saw something in the distance. A large figure stood there, watching her. She approached it, seeing its form. It was a cat, but it was much larger than any she had ever seen.

"Hello, Lana. I lost. I'm sorry." Ashton spoke, his soul soon arriving in front of her.

"It's okay... I'm going to say goodbye to my brother now, you can go." Lana smiled at him, then turned away.

"I can't leave yet, Lana... you're my niece, and I took your life and failed. Now I need to protect you." He spoke softly.

Lana turned back to him. "No, Ashton, please. I don't want to have anything to do with you anymore. I know who you are, I know what you did to me." She stared at him coldly.

"I understand, Lana. But I need you to understand, I didn't want to do that to you."

"Don't lie to me, stop it. You're just trying to make me feel better." She hissed, turning and walking away.

"I'm not lying to you, Lana. I know how you feel."

"Go away, Ashton. Don't follow me, don't even look at me." Lana snapped, disappearing into the forest.

Ashton sighed, turning and watching the trees for a few moments before disappearing in the same direction. He needed to find this target before Leon would become aware of it. He knew what he needed to do, but he wasn't sure if he was going to be strong enough to do it.

He walked into the forest, starting to hunt for the target that he had been assigned to find.
