Cameron crawled into his sleeping bag. For the next couple of minutes, roughly around ten, he was silent, clearly still upset about the altercation he just had with Ero.

Cameron respected Ero. Ero has been a guide for him, Daryon, and the others. He knows that Ero knows more than him. I mean, clearly if Ero's a Pokémon Professor, right?

But Ero trying to tell him about his relationship to his Pokémon? Cameron didn't like that. Not one bit.

But what if Ero was actually correct? What if the way that Cameron was relying on his Pokémon(especially Beedrill), was actually not the right way to handle his trauma?

Cameron started to overthink.

"Maybe Ero was right." He said to himself with a sigh.

Cameron got lost in his thoughts. Until he heard a noise at his tent and saw a shadowy figure.

"Beedrill?" He sat up.

"Kippa!"

It wasn't Beedrill. It was his faithful friend Mudkip coming into his tent to check on the well being of its trainer.

"Oh, it's you." Cameron said, disappointed at first, but then changed his tone to more of a heartened nature. "You came to check on me, didn't you?"

"Kippa!" Mudkip, replied while trotting over towards Cameron. It crawled up onto Cameron's sleeping bag to lay on his lap. It lets out a yawn, along with a tired "Kippa."

Cameron chuckled. "Looks like someone's getting sleepy."

Seeing that his partner is starting to slowly fall asleep, Cameron gently starts to pet Mudkip's head repeatedly.

Smiling at this, Cameron almost forgot why he was upset to begin with, but then he remembered what he was mad about.

"Hey Mudkip?"

Mudkip let out another tired "Kippa", while also trying to pay attention to what Cameron has to say without moving from the comfortable spot that its' in.

"You don't think I'm relying too much on you and my other Pokémon, do you?"

Mudkip let out one last tired "Kippa" before finally falling asleep.

"I'll take that as a no." Cameron chuckled.

Cameron looked at his sleeping partner. He knows deep down that he cares about his Pokémon and that his Pokémon care about him as well. No matter what Ero had to say.

Cameron lets out a yawn and puts his head on his pillow. Three. Two. One. Cameron was asleep.

A few hours go by and Cameron starts to dream.

Cameron looks around and notices Beedrill. But Beedrill wasn't by itself. The colony of Beedrill from before were all present.

"Come on, Beedrill. We have to get going."

Beedrill didn't move. It was still with its colony.

"Beedrill? We have to get going. Seriously."

Beedrill still didn't move.

The colony of Beedrill(besides Cameron's Beedrill and another Beedrill that's assumed to be its mate) all fly up and buzz at the remaining two Beedrill, telling them to come on in their own form of language.

The mate to Cameron's Beedrill flies up to join the colony and buzzes at Cameron's Beedrill to join them.

"Wait, Beedrill."Cameron said heartbroken. "Don't go. I need you."

Beedrill looked at Cameron, then at its colony, and then at its mate. It flies up to its mate and buzzes, saying that it wants to go with them.

Every single Beedrill buzzes as they all fly off into the same direction.

Cameron chases after the colony, while yelling for Beedrill to come back. While running full speed, Cameron trips over a rock and falls to the ground, crying.

Struggling to get up for a second, Cameron finally pulls himself together and tries to continue looking for Beedrill, until he feels a chill down his neck, similar to his encounter with Mewtwo.

Remembering what happened after feeling that chill the last time, Cameron tries to yell for Beedrill yet again to come protect him, but it was too late. Mewtwo had arrived. Face to face with Cameron yet again.

Before Cameron could do anything, Mewtwo charges up a powerful Aura Sphere and launches it at him. Cameron was in trouble. All he could think about was Beedrill. How could Beedrill leave him? Why would Beedrill leave him? He thought Beedrill loved him. He definitely loved Beedrill.

The Aura Sphere makes contact with Cameron and he gets sent flying and then everything goes to black.
