We got of the train and went to star labs Caitlin patched Bar up and explained that Barry had this special drug in his system that actually takes his speed away which is why he couldn't escape
She said his speed would come back in a few days and his fast healing as well his back and chest were covered in scars but they'll heal when he gets his speed back
After we left star labs we went home I held Barry's hand as we walked through the door and Iris imminently ran to him and hugged him he hugged back then let go
"I missed you so much"she said then Joe came and hugged Barry too then Eddie then I hugged him the five of us sat in the living room we listened to Iris telling Barry about the last nine months
She told him about how the arrow and his team had been in central city fighting the meta humans and criminals and how the flash disappeared
And Eddie told him about work and Joe talked about how much he missed him but Barry and I didn't talk we just listened the door rang Joe got up and answered it
It was Miles I smiled he sat next to me and kissed me then put his arm around me miles told Barry about our first date and our first kiss and my birthday party when I turned fifteen and we went to the Italian restaurant my gift from Ray
After a few more hours Miles,Iris and Eddie went home and I walked with Bar to his room i stood outside his door with him "tomorrow I'll make you the biggest breakfast you'll have ever seen"I told him he smiled

I woke up to yelling it was thundering and lightning out but I could hear yelling I was Barry I rushed out of bed and into Barry's room He was having a nightmare

I fell to the ground holding my eye Barry shot up now awake Joe ran in and saw me on the floor "what happened"Joe asked "it was a nightmare"i said sitting back on

"I'm so sorry"he said crying "oh bar it's okay"i said hugging him he hugged back oh my face hurt so much I think he got his speed back I thought
After a few minutes Joe went back to his room and I sang bar how to save a life to sleep like a baby and laid on the sofa in his room and went to bed
