Missing him

Maddie's P.O.V two weeks later

It's about ten now for the past few weeks I've been sitting on the couch at this time and sleeping on the couch so that if Barry comes home I'm here "Joe"I said as he walked in the door that's the first thing I say to him when he comes home

"Nothing today"he said then he walked up stairs we don't really talk that much anymore and when we do it's about Finding barry or meta humans which team arrow has helped us with them since Barry's missing

I sat on the couch chris cross and wrapped my arms around Barry's pillow and held it to my chest and cried I laid down still holding his pillow then I herd a knock at the door I didn't answer it

The next thing I knew Miles was bent down next to me "hey"he said in a soft voice I was still crying I put the pillow down and sat up and hugged him "I miss him"i said crying and hugging him

After I stopped crying we let go I staired at him for a few seconds then I kissed him for a few seconds he just sat there then he kissed back after a few seconds we let go

I looked at him smiling he was smiling to "so dose this mean you want a second date"he asked I laughed "just wondering"he said laughing "how about a boyfriend"i said

"I'll take it"he said and we laughed "hey you need to get some rest okay"he said and I laid back down "Miles"i said as he got up "yeah"he asked looking down at me "will you stay with me tonight"i asked

He nodded "yeah"he said then he laid down on the couch with me and I laid my head on his chest and fell asleep it was surprisingly comfortable

around 6 I got a call from Cisco wondering how I was and if The CCPD found somthing I told him I was with miles and that they haven't found anything then hung up and went back to sleep holding Barry's pillow

Over the past few months I saw more of Miles,Star labs and Team Arrow our meta human problems have gone down which allows The CCPD to look for Barry more often.

Iris and Eddie come over every night for dinner but Joes never home for it he's to busy trying to find barry

I stopped asking Joe if he found anything when he got home he would just say he didn't and go to bed after six weeks of sleeping on the couch I finally started sleeping in my bed again but I still sleep with Barry's pillow me and Miles have officially started dating he's over every night too but we don't do anything in bed or anything like that

Caitlin and Cisco come over on Wednesdays and Fridays for dinner and a game of Uno and Apples to Apples Roy and Oliver come on Mondays and Thursdays and Laurel and Diggle come on Tuesday with Felicity

They've been looking for Barry too but no luck I just wish someone would give me a sign that he's alive or.......not I just need to know

-Week three- Thursday

"Hey"i said hugging Roy as he came in "hey"he said hugging back then waking to the kitchen Oliver followed him and they sat at the table and I joined them

"Miles is with his Brother tonight so it's just us"i said handing them a paper plate with a slice of pizza on it then getting mine and sitting down

"So you two get pretty serious?"Roy asked I looked at roy like really "I'm just asking someone's gotta be the older overprotective brother"he said smiling

My smile faded away so did his "I-I'm sorry I didn't mean"he said but I interrupted him and said "its fine I miss having a big brother besides I consider you a brother"i said smiling at the last part After we ate we played a few games watched a movie and went to bed
