The bell rang announcing the end of the school day and students began flooding the streets, buses, and various vehicles. Denji felt there was something off with Power, ever since the first period she's been acting... really happy? It is a strange thing for Power to actually enjoy being at school she's usually only this way when she's eating, playing video games, or when she goes into Denji's room at night. 

"Hey, Power? you seem really happy today. What's going on?" Denji shot a glance at Power as they walked to the drug store to get Power medicine for her fever. 

"Huh? Tis it not good to be happy?" Power shot a glance back at Denji. 

"Not what I meant. But like, it's unusual for you to be this happy during or even after school." 

"Well, human if you must know I've made a recent discovery in that stupid psychology class!" Her eyes seemed to shimmer some and her fever was back but she didn't seem to care or even notice. 

"Really? That's awesome I guess. What was this discovery?" Denji turned to look at the strawberry-blonde girl with curiosity. 

"I've discovered that I the great Power love you. This is an amazing discovery that I made while reading that chapter in class this morning!" Power's smile seemed to grow slightly wider. Denji stopped and stared at her almost like he was in some kind of daze. He couldn't move, he couldn't blink, it was even hard for him to breathe.

"Huh?" Was Denji could say. 

"Oh, did you not hear me Denji? Well, I shall repeat myself once more since it is such important news." Power took a deep breath before getting right in Denji's face making 100% sure he wouldn't miss her words this time. 

"I the great Power love you! Tis an amazing discovery as it explains many of the strange symptoms I've had since I beat the darkness devil." Denji's face heated up and he could feel Power's breath on his face it didn't smell bad and Denji's mind began to swirl until it finally came up with a conclusion. "Glad I got her that mint gum. Now her breath actually smells half decent"

"Wait, Power... You "Love" me? Like love love?" Denji's mind was going into overdrive with memories of him taking care of her, he never thought he saw her this way since he didn't feel turned on when she was literally naked and on top of him. But now it feels as if something changed he couldn't exactly explain it but maybe he shouldn't. Power blinked a few times at him before tilting her head. 

"Love love? is that a thing or is it something you just made up?" 

"Uhh... Uhh... Never mind... We can talk about this when we get home. Let's just um. Get you that medicine for your fever." Power shrugged and laughed before continuing to walk for some reason though that response felt like it left a hole in her stomach like she was yearning for something more. She shook her head and continued to walk she decided she would do some more research on that magical device that Denji called a computer. That thing had millions of things inside of it just waiting for Power to discover them.
