•Meet The Brothers•
Chapter5: Perfectly Imperfect
"You know, I remember the first time we met." I looked up from my book and saw Cameron leaning out his window with a pensive look.
I almost chuckled at how in thought he was and walked over to my window. "Well I hope so, considering we met about three weeks ago."
He laughed lightly and smiled. "You were bitching to me about not apologizing when you ran into me."
I raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me? You ran into me. You knocked me down."
His smile only grew and his green eyes twinkled with a glint. "You genuinely hated me then, yeah?"
I smirked and flipped my hair over my shoulder. "Whose to say I still don't."
The way his expressions seemed to only grow with more excitement made me smile. He looked so innocent when he had a crooked smile on his lips.
"You don't hate me now, Alissa." He said with total confidence. "You love me and you know it."
I laughed and leaned away from my window. "Whatever, Cameron."
His smile grew wider as I began to shut my window. "I'll get you to admit it one of these days, Alissa."
I rolled my eyes playfully at him. "Goodbye, Cameron"
After I shut my window, I walked downstairs and found William in the kitchen cooking breakfast.
"The boys up yet?" I asked.
"I don't think so. Go wake them up so they're not late for school." He said as he flipped an egg.
I trudged back upstairs and pushed Dylan's door open. "Hey, booger face." I said, turning his light on. "Get up for school."
He groaned and looked at his clock on his nightstand. "It's seven-forty. I still have twenty minutes."
"No you don't. You have to walk today because William has an early class." I said as I sat at the edge of his bed.
"I wish I had been suspended so I could stay home and sleep in." He said tiredly.
"I feel bad about what I did, Dylan. I wasn't thinking straight when I hit Sam." I said. "In fact, I'm going to go apologize to him later today."
Dylan sat up, his hair sticking every which way. "That's stupid, Liss. He's a tool."
I rolled my eyes and stood up. "Get ready for school."
I then walked into Levi's room and shook him gently. "Hey, Levi. Get up, buddy. It's time for school."
He grabbed his blanket and pulled it over his head. "No."
I pulled on the blanket. "Let's go, Levi. You don't have all day."
He threw his pillow at me before sitting up. "I hate this part of the day."
After getting them to eat and forcing them out the door, William left and I headed back to bed. I was ready to get another hour or two of sleep but I couldn't quite fall reach it.
I first thought it was just because I had woken myself up completely by running up and downstairs to get my brothers up, but then I decided it must have been the loud annoying music Cameron was playing from his room.
I grumbled as I walked over to my window and knocked on his. A minute later he showed up only wearing a pair of sweatpants, leaving me to see his muscular chest and well defined abs.
