4. To be back

"Just give me few days" Leeknow heard these words and felt the burning inside him getting more and more..
"You. Said. Tomorrow.."
Leeknow said gritting his teeth trying to keep down his anger.
"I know... but I need to be hundred percent sure... for you sir.."
Leeknow slammed the counter and grabbed the seller's collar bringing him closer "I need certainty.. you hear me"
The seller nodded the fear drawn all over his face "I will sir.. just give me time."
Leeknow left the store again storming in rage just like the night before, and returning to his apartment won't help so he wondered off to the woods again.

Hyunjin stood counting the money he had left after spending the night at a hotel and realized that at this rate he will have nothing in a span of two days, he needed work, with extra cash. A regular café won't be enough, so a night café or a restaurant is his chance, he can use his looks to get a job as a waiter for vampires' café, he heard about those and they were very cashy or so he heard..

Hyunjin had seen one the night before and now was heading towards it, it's already night so the humans were all disappearing from the streets.
He reached the café and stood there watching vampires and crawlers walking in and out.. he was terrified to step in and face many vampires again, his skin ached and the feeling of touches and bites filled him as he remembered that night.. He took a deep breath and walked in trying to keep a brave face...

Hyunjin stood on the side and waited to see a waiter or any staff so he can talk to while avoiding making eye contact with the vampires filling the place, thankfully a girl in a uniform passed by him and quietly he spoke still looking down..
"Excuse me ... can I ask you something?"
The girl stopped and eyed Hyunjin upside down smiling "sure pretty boy. How can I help you"
"I'm looking for a job.. please.. I worked in a café before.."
The Girl kept smiling "well... we never say no to a pretty boy like you.. come with me."

Hyunjin followed her to a back room where she asked him to stay for a bit, he waited for a few minutes till the girl showed up with a vampire in a similar outfit as her, Hyunjin stood up nervously seeing him and backed away a little, but the girl came closer to Hyunjin "This is Zed.. he will see if you fit to work with us.. like an interview."
The girl was too friendly and her presence made things better for Hyunjin.. but the vampire.. He stood smirking eyeing Hyunjin and licking his lips.. he came closer and Hyunjin recoiled away..
"Awe that's cute.."
Zed said laughing "You need to be braver pretty boy.. You will be serving higher ups.."
The girl clapped excitedly "So he's hired?"
Zed nodded excited "He is too pretty to pass out.. so what's your name?"
"Hyunjin"
"Not too pretty but we can change that.. so what do you want to do here.."
Hyunjin shrugged his shoulders trying to avoid the gazing eyes of the vampire "A waiter.. I did that before and I don't think it's different from..."
"No.. you won't be a waiter.. you will be a feeder.."
Hyunjin looked confused and looked at the girl who still looked too excited for no reason
"What's that?"
"It means.." Zed moved closer to Hyunjin reaching out for him
"You will feed the customer.. directly or not doesn't matter.. the scent of your blood is so delicious.."

Hyunjin took a huge step back reaching the wall behind him in shock realizing what that means.. they will feed on him.. he said nothing cursing his luck for coming here..

"Don't worry you will work three days a week, you will be provided with all the nutrients and medical care you might need.. it's not that painful.."
Not that painful.. Hyunjin hugged himself remembering the pain of that cursed night and shook his head "No no no.. I have to go."

Before moving a step, he found the vampire's arms slamming the wall caging him, Hyunjin closed his eyes knowing that he won't make it out now..
"If you scared of the pain, we can find you something else.. you're very beautiful.. with few touchups you will be the prettiest doll.."
The word slammed hard into Hyunjin's mind and he freaked out more pushing the vampire off him but he couldn't even move him an inch, the laughter of the vampire made him more desperate, he was doomed no matter what.. that night will happen again and it will be his end.. no one wants him.. no one will save him this time..
