Writer's Note

Hello everyone!

It's me! You know, the author of this fanfiction! 

First off, I want to apologize for being so absent from this story for as long as I have been. Believe it or not, this has never left my mind since I originally started. At the time, college was kind of demanding all of my time and attention and kind of still is. I got a bachelor's under my belt and am now going for my master's and might even be going for my PHD if all goes well.

BUT THAT'S BESIDES THE POINT!

I love creating stories, I love My Hero Academia, and I want to build a fanbase! Finally, I'm back. However, I cannot promise that I will update frequently because life is lifeing right now.

So, here's what we're going to do.

If you watched Steven Universe as it was coming out, you might be familiar with the concept of Steven Bombs. It's where a bunch of content for Steven Universe comes out for fans to enjoy and then there's a period of... nothing.

If you're like me then you loved the content but hated the dry spells. 

So, I'm sorry that I'm going to have to do the same to you all. 

Really, I am. However, I feel like this is the best way for me to continue work on the story without as many issues. In fact, if you ever wrote a book, you'd know that there are times where you have to go back to pervious chapters and change things around for it to make more sense and flow better. These Bombs will help me do that in a way that doesn't constantly require you all to go back and read to see what changed.

I still fully, intend to finish this story - but in order to I had to change a few things. For example, Chapter 4 had to have its ending completely rewritten for the new direction I wanted to take the series in. Due to that, I had to write the dorms out of the narrative in Chapters 1 through 4 because having the main character be a part of the final exam arc means the dorms weren't even a thing as of yet! Which also means that Uraraka's dorm scene either has to get scraped or rewritten for it to make sense! This gave me an excuse to further develop Uraraka's friendship with the main character which I am happy with.

DO NOT WORRY! HIMIKO TOGA IS STILL ENDGAME!

I just want this to happen naturally and believably. So, we will be going through the anime's story and developing your character as well as other characters stories throughout each chapter. You transfer into UA near the tail end of season 2 and you are going to ride the 1-A wave all the way to its conclusion. Of course, as chapters go on, your part in the story will become more and more significant as relationships and developments change.

I'm excited.

I think of this as a love letter to My Hero Academia as a series and hope to make more stories like this in the future.

That being said, I want to encourage you all, all who are comfortable, to engage with me and let me know if I made any writing mistakes or things I should rethink. I am not perfect, but I will strive to be better and make a story we all - hopefully - can be happy with.
