"Amber..." A soft hush sounded in Amber's ear as she slept peacefully in her bed, catching up on the sleep lost over the last few days. "Gorgeous girl..." Another soft whisper sounded as the bed dipped due to Daniel's weight.

Amber had called, just this morning, to ask Daniel if he would return back to London to spend a weekend with her, which he kindly obliged to, even if Christian wasn't best pleased that his driver wouldn't be focusing on preparations for the upcoming race.

Amber stirred in her sleep before fluttering her eyes open ajar, just to see Daniel's strong arms wrapped around her torso as he spooned her from behind. The warmth radiating from Daniel was enough to rock Amber back off to sleep, but the excitement of seeing him again was rushing through her veins, enabling her to have a rush of sudden energy.

Amber looked over at the bedside table to see that it was almost midnight, meaning she had only been asleep for a little over an hour; quickly slumping off into dreamland after a productive night of marking books.

"Missed you." Amber mumbled as she snuggled into Daniel's warmth, rocking her body against his for a brief moment. "So much."

Daniel hummed into Amber's shoulder, inhaling her signature scent of coconuts and honey.

"Are you going to sleep?" Amber asked as she shuffled her body to take her first glimpse at him, the fairy lights hanging up around the room illuminating his face briefly.

"No." Daniel grumbled, even though he knew he could fall asleep at any moment, considering that he'd been training exceptionally hard this week and the added element of just arriving into London from a plane.

"Are you sure?" Amber giggled softly as she noticed his eyes glued shut. "You don't look awake to me."

"I promise, I'll be up." Daniel mumbled before quickly shaking his head whilst prying his eyes open. "I could use a coffee, though."

"I'll go and make us one." Amber said as the energy in her body shot through her as she went to lift herself out of the comfy mound of pillows and sheets she had tucked herself up in.

Before Amber could softly escape, Daniel had launched his arm around her waist to pull her back down in the warmth of the bed. As he tugged her back, a loud laugh escaped her lips before she was trapped underneath the weight of him, as he peered over the top of her.

"You can't leave." Daniel grumbled.

"Why not?" Amber teased before running her nimble fingers over the fabric of his white cotton tee. "I thought that you wanted some coffee..."

"I want a kiss first." Daniel pleaded as he pouted his lips like a fish, making a stupid face which was certain to make Amber laugh.

"What if I don't want to give you a kiss?" Amber whispered before Daniel edged closer towards her lips, ghosting hers by millimetres.

"Are you sure about that?" Daniel tested as his hot breath radiated off of Amber's skin, her cheeks growing hotter and a deeper shade of crimson by the second. "Because, I don't think that you can resist."

"Try me." Amber warned as her eyes had a glint of boldness running through them, alongside the ring of desire and passion hidden deep inside of her iris'.

Daniel's hands ran down the sides of her exposed waist and suddenly went around the back of her, to cup her behind. His hands gripped at her ivory skin and the coolness from the steel rings he wore abundantly on his hands made Amber squirm underneath him.
