"What's the point of this anyway?" I ask my mother, obviously annoyed.

"The point is to ensure you will pass, come'on you really need this." She cautiously answers, blinking an eye tears my brother for assistance.

"I don't want a tutor." I urge.

"But you need one," my brother butts-in, "and he's the best kid for the job."

"The job?"

"Dear, won't you at least try it? Please?" My mother urges, completely ignoring my question.

"I'll think about it." I blurt out, desperately wanting out of this situation.

My mother just about jumped out of her shoes by my short sentence. "Okay, I'll inform him!"

"Can I leave now."

Rushing to class I hear the last bell ring. I abruptly stop, already knowing I'm late. Stopping by the vending machine I grab a pin then make my way to sixth period. As I approach the door, I can already her my teachers irritating voice. Nagging kids to get to their seats and put there electronics away. I laugh to myself; seeing how it's pretty funny that nobody listens to her. I open the door and right away I have Mrs. Franchville asking why I'm late and for a pass. I simply shake my soda at her and trudge towards the back of the room. She sways her head back and forth before fixing her shirt and returning to the board. While resting in my seat my phone goes off, I hurriedly find it and turn the sound off before anyone notices.

Mom: Don't forget to talk to Jordan about the tutorials! Love you bunches!

Ash🔥: Igght.

Mom: His mother gave me his number, it's 000-000-0000. Text him and see if you two can meet up somewhere.

Ash🔥: k

Mom: Bye hun!

I ignore the last comment and began to message Jordan.

Ash🔥: hey, it's Ash. Um my mom wanted us to meet up sometime today. Text me back later.

Almost immediately I got a reply back.

Jordan: Yeah my mom talked to me about it, we can talk after school if that's okay with you???

Ash🔥: meet me at the food court.

Jordan: okay (: see you then.

Oh god he sounds like my mother, what fun.

"Ms. Woods! Pay attention!" Mrs. Franchville yelled from the front of the classroom.

"K." I replied, turning my attention back to my phone.

The bell rang, I looked up to see multiple people stuffing there notebooks in there bags and hurriedly leavening. I sighed, standing up and walking through the door.

Just when I was about to look up, I was brutally knocked on my ass. I shoot my head up, about to tell someone off.

"Uh, s-sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going. It's my fault." Jordan stuttered.

"Of course it is." I snapped picking up my bag and preparing to walk away, only to be stopped by a strong arm.

"Wait, uh are supposed to meet up?" He questioned.

"Yeah, after school." I started obviously annoyed; I then grinned "Unless, you wanna ditch."

His eyes grew big before he argued. "You can't be serious we could get in a lot of trouble like I'm talking detention and a whole lot of paper work on boring stuff that us teens don't care for."

"Okay hotshot." I giggled.

"So see you after this class?" He questioned. I just threw up a thumb and walked to my next class.
