3rd person pov.

The girl slowly treds through the forest, she has a stake out. While she wasn't looking, the vampire slowly walked behind her. Suddenly, Sylvia jumps out of the way and stabs Jason in the side. He yelps in pain, swiftly jumping back. Sylvia smirks before tackling jason and rolling around, they roll around for a bit but Jason ends up pinning her down. Sylvia grunts and she tries her best to get out of Jasons grip. He holds her tightly, but just when hes about to bite her, he just stares.

Jacobs Pov

Her eyes. They're midnight blue. I've never seen anything like this girl's eyes. She stares at me, confused. I keep staring at her. I loosen my grip slightly but she still can't escape me. I grabbed the stakes that she had very obviously carved, as they were not sharp, and obviously done in a rush and I threw them aside. God she's beautiful.

"What's your name?" I say quietly as I look her up and down. She starts cursing at me, saying how much of a monster I am. I frown at her. I roll my eyes and quickly throw her over my shoulder. She makes a huge fuss, of course, but I need to know more about this woman. She wiggles, god shes annoying. I dont even go a meter away from where we were, before she stabs me in the back with a stake. Where in the WORLD did she get that from? I put her down and she goes to take another strike when an ear piercing scream rings out. Its beth.

Sylvia's pov

It's beth. I heard her scream. I quickly look around, panicked. I shoot a stare of judgment at the vampire before I run off to look for where the scream came from. Sweat is dripping down my face. I feel the wind brushing against me as I sprint toward the yelling and screaming. My feet hurt, but I have to keep going. I don't know if that vampire is going to follow me, but I don't care, I have to save Beth, she's in danger. Please live Beth. Please. You're pretty much all I have. You'll live. I get to her, I see her bleeding out. She had been bitten. She's whining in pain and she's holding onto her neck. I quickly run over to her and hold onto her hands.

"Oh my god. Are you okay? What happened?" I say in a loud voice. She flinches. She looks stunned. She's trembling, and she is staring into my eyes with fear. Blood is running down her neck. Slowly trickling down to her chest. She's gripping onto my hand so tight that my fingers are going purple. I'm panicking. My hands shakily move down to where I store my bandages in my backpack and I get it out and start wrapping around where she had been bitten. This isn't how I'd normally do it, but at this point? She's going to bleed to death if I'm not quick. I apply pressure with my hand and I hug her and reassure her.
