Saying I was exhausted would be an understatement. Mentaly and physically. Balthazar had been at it for an hour now. Making small or large cuts on my body and then on some of them he would pour salt over them and press it deeper into my wounds. Somewhere in between he would beat me a little and then he would go on with the cutting. Then pain is still unbearable even after the fifth time he's done it. I never screamed too loudly, much too Balthazar's pleasure. And after a while I just stopped and stared at him. I remembered the expression in his face while my parents were dying. How can someone be that cruel. I tried to forget about the pain by thinking back to past memories with my family and friends. The pain was to much and I was snapped back to reality.
"Okay, now why don't we take off that shirt of yours and have some more fun. "He said with a smile. My eyes widened at this. Oh no, this can not be happening. He saw my frightened looked and laughed at me. Asswhole.
"Don't worry, we are not going to strip you completely just your shirt. Just a few more minutes then we're done."
They took off my shirt and Balthazar started with a cut just below my scar (the one Erin gave me). He made a few more after that and a few on my right side. He took a step back and looked me over as if he was admiring his masterpiece. He smirked and walked away. I wish the pain could go with him, but luck just wasn't on my side. The cuts weren't too deep, but I could still feel my blood flowing slowly out of my wounds. The cuts were hurting like hell. I had to bite down on my lip to stop the whimper for escaping. After they untied me I put my shirt back on, but unfortunately after a few seconds it was covered in blood.
I don't remember walking but when I looked again we were standing in front of a red door. I walked in slowly and took a look around. At first the room seemed unfamiliar to me but when I saw Kira at the windowsill I remembered. I think that was maybe because of the blood loss I had from the multiple cuts, that confusing me.
She didn't turn around to me and I knew something was wrong. Her body was shaking slightly and it's not from crying but it looked like her body was struggling to stand.
"You need to sit down before you fall" I told her in a crooked voice, probably from the screaming when the first few cuts were made. I walked over to the one wall and slided down till I was sitting on the floor. There was not a part of my body that didn't hurt. I closed my eyes and tried to handle the pain. The wounds on my arms and legs were throbbing painfully(probably from the salt cristals that were still there)
I heard a shuffling of feet and felt someone sitting down next to me with their head on my shoulder. I turned and saw Kira's face and gasped. Half of her face was covered in bruises. It didn't look to bad but enough to hurt, though.
"Don't worry about me. I'll be fine. I should be the one worrying, you have cuts everywhere. What the hell happened?" She turned to me but I could see her flinch from the pain.
"I'm okay, just a bit woozy. What happened to you? " I asked her while leaning back against the wall and closed my eyes.
"Erin came back after they took you and said she was bored and needed an outlet. So she just started beating me and left me on the floor. " She said while shrugging slightly and also leaned against the wall.
