***Cowards die many times before their deaths--Julius Caesar***
Hallo there my lovely readers. I just want to say I will try to update more, but with the amount of homework my teachers are giving me it will be hard . So just bear with me. :D
So that's why I will update twice this week so enjoy.******************************************************************************************************************
Darkness. That's the only thing around me. They say that darkness can't put out light because a light shines at its brightest in darkness. But darkness can make you feel like you're drowning yet there is no water. Suffocating you till where you start to feel like you just can't go on anymore.
That's how I feel right now with the deafening silence surrounding me. I was tied to a wooden type of chair but on the part where my butt is, was metal. The part were my back was leaning against was also metal. I could feel the coldness of the metal through my clothes making me shiver slightly.
"This is taking too long. Harry, why don't you wake the princess up. " I heard a dark and raspy voice say in the darkness.
That's when it started. The most unbearable pain I have ever experienced. I was being electrocuted.I coulde feel the electricity running through my veins, burning me up. Some parts of my body was starting to go numb and then after awhile it stopped.
Now every part of me was numb and it felt like I wasn't in control of my own body. I couldn't move.
The lights suddenly went on, one by one, blinding me for a moment while my eyes adjust to the sudden light.
"Good morning, princess. Sorry about that but you were taking too long to wake up. " I saw the source of the voice standing just a few meters away from me.
This man had no hair what so ever. To tell you the truth: I could never really take bald men seriously. It makes them look funny. Don't ask me why I find it funny because even I don't know the answer to that.
This is the first bald person I find terrifying. Maybe it was because of the scar that ran across his face. His eyes were a blue-white type of color. More white than blue. This man scared me but I was not going to let him know that.
"You know there are other ways in waking people up, don't you? "I said to him. My voice not sounding as confident as I would have liked(blame the jerk electrocuting me).
"I know, but that was the most fun way in doing it. My name is Marvin by the way. " He said smiling while walking towards me slowly.
"If thats what you call fun then your crazy, Scarface. " I said to him, testing the waters to see how far I can push him before he would hurt me.
"Wow, you Larkin's sure do have balls. I give you credit for bravery but remember that I have your life in my hands so don't push it. " Well so much for pushing it. I need to keep my mouth shut.
Wait, did he just call me a Larking. Isn't that the name of my real father. How does this creep know my real name.
"How do you know I'm a Larking?"I asked him.
"You can thank your father for that. We made him believe that we already knew where you were so that he can go and warm you. What he didn't know was that it was all part of the plan in finding out where you were. After that it was pretty easy. " He said staffinga chair to sit in front of me.
That's when I remembered those two men saying how easy that was.
"Okay but why were you trying to figure out were I was? " I asked him with a confused expression.
